I would definitely do it again given the chance. Pros I very much like the ease of use in regard to reports, candidate/client/order search, and other new hire and financial reports we need regularly. It was easy to set up and integrate with other facets of our business. Cons Support is less than optimal. They also prefer that you use companies they have partnerships with and if you decline, integration could be an issue. It operates seamlessly from staffing to payroll. It also helps track what employees are doing and where they need to be. Cons I wish it was a little easier to send out text messages and emails, the fact it has to go through another program makes it kinda chopy and less than seamless.
