I wish we could have continued our contract. However, webgrants decided not to re-bid. Pros The best part of WebGrants was that it was closed system - users had to register for our system. We could partition different grant programs as well. This created a nice little bubble for each program. There were a lot of features and could get everything we needed in the applications and supporting forms. Cons There were no product updates. We used webgrants for 5 years but nothing changed. We didn't get much in terms of service and updates. Reasons for choosing WebGrants The price was the deciding factor. Other products considered were similar in features.
