As the only employee of a small family foundation, Impactfully is basically my coworker :). It helps me to stay focused on relationships and the rest of my work. I'm so grateful to our advisor for facilitating legal advice, tax questions and making sure our grants go out and are recorded smoothly. Pros Being able to look up potential grantees, initiate payments and keep our grants organized has made such a difference in how we operate. Approving tax filings is so easy and I feel confident when it's done. Cons No complaints! The interface has changed a few times, which is hard to get used to, but they are adding features that I end up using.
