Pros The models used can be extremely complex or you can make them relatively simple all depending on the model you want to build. Model expectations and experimental results were very similar to one another building confidence into the accuracy of the software. Cons Like most complex software like this the biggest con is going to be the learning curve. Once you have spent time with it, it becomes much more intuitve. Cons There is a little bit of a learning curve that needs to be traveled before one feels comfortable with the software. However, once you get familiar with the software, you exploit its power.
