What i like most about this software is that I can take care of my customers anytime and from anywhere as long as I have my phone, iPad or computer.

Cons

Can't think of any "cons". I'm still learning new things as I go. Anything that I've had a question about, I've been able to figure out or someone in tech support has taken care of it for me.

Thank you! You are correct, we offer multiple ways to complete some tasks. The settings your administrator chooses in SiteLink will determine the number of steps you have to take, including additional notes you have to enter when you reverse transactions, for example. Auditors, owners, investors, brokers and lenders consider SiteLink reports the best in the business. Tell us if the sorting and filtering of standard and custom or 'roll up' reports don't offer what you need, including consolidated documents for multiple stores operators. We always create new custom reports for clients and can explain the built-in custom report writer. Thank you again for your review!

Pros

I like the layout of the software and its easiness. I also like its ability to be customized when necessary.

Cons

A lot of the automated aspects from previous software is not present here. We have to do a lot of calling ourselves.

Was having an email issue with the software, nothing would send out, called & spoke to Logan and he seems to have corrected the problem and then guided me on how to set up a report automatically to send to a group or manager. Very helpful and full of knowledge! Great experience!

Regarding the balance payment due ¿ there should not be an issue if a tenant pays in advance. SiteLink automatically adjusts for this and the balance would be 0 with a paid thru date in the future. Pros

The Credit Card processing, it is so easy with this Merchant Services. I will always know when a customers Credit Card has been declined or is expired.

Cons

multi unit move ins, I can not get them to connect together without going through the adjustments page. I would like to see it made easier to add. I also do not like that when I am doing a move in the unit I have chosen does not show on the customer information move in screen. I have to write it down before I continue with the move in

Good people but for us it was just too little too late.

Pros

Customer support team was responsive, but there were often problems that could not be explained or rectified (eSign console crash is one example).

Cons

Price and the lack of functionality on the browser-based version.

It's very easy to maneuver from page to page. Even if I don't know how to do something I can easily click around for a minute and find out what to do.

Cons

I don't like how long it takes to update. Sometimes it takes awhile for me to log onto at the begining of the day.

Easy to navigate. User friendly. I have personally contacted the help line and was pleasantly surprised how helpful they were.

I cannot think of any issues that I have had with Sitelink. The reports are well organized and easy to find. I could not be happier.

Love the software. Its very easy to use. The support team is what makes Sitelink special. They know their product and can help you with almost every inquiry related to the software. If you have a question, just email or call and you will have your answer in a very short time. There is always room for improvement in every software, sitelink has its list. A couple that stand out: - The need to make Sitelink a SaaS solution instead of being installed on your system. - The need to access multiple windows at the same time. Currently you can only access one screen at any given time. Overall, great software and easy to get up and running.

In many of the most commonly used screens you can access multiple windows at the same time using the Shortcut button. For example, if moving-in a customer over the phone and another customer comes in to make a payment, you can shortcut to the payments screen, process the payment and then return to the move-in screen where you left off. While the SiteLink client portion of Web Edition is an installed component, it is a SaaS. All of your data and settings are stored in the cloud, there are no limits on the number of users, installs or locations, and regular software updates are deployed as part of your monthly subscription. We are also rapidly building out the capabilities of browser-based myHub.sitelink.com. In very short order SiteLink customers will be enjoying the best of both client types. Stay tuned!!

It is quick and easy to use and a great software option for this field of business.

Pros

My favorite thing about Sitelink software is how easy it is to learn. Within the first day of training, I was comfortable using it. I have also trained other employees and they have had the same success.

Cons

Every once and awhile you might come across a feature that could use some tweaking like being able to transfer a security deposit to rent, but in the grand scheme of things this is minor.

This software is pretty easy to use and navigate through. It has a lot of different programs in it to use. Very convenient.

Cons

Some things in the software are not that easy to correct, which makes dome things difficult. I kind of wish there was an undo button.

Please know there are a few ways to make adjustments or fix errors in SiteLink. For example, an easy way to rectify a mistake for a new move-in is to simply delete the account and perform the move in again. If you have a specific problem just call us ¿ many of our clients are happy to hear we can screen-share with a client to immediately fix an issue remotely if necessary.

I have been using this product for almost five years, initially as a Property Manager, and the last four years as a District Manager. The program is very user-friendly and allows one to easily execute their storage business with the customer in a seamless fashion from inquiry, through reservation, on to move-in & payment and then on to maintaining and monitoring their account. As a DM, there are countless reports that assist me in helping to both audit and manage each location to maximize both occupancy and improve net operating income. If you're in the storage business this is the software you really should be using! Beyond the software benefits, are the benefits of the people that work for SiteLink. They recognize that we are in business for ourselves, but they make sure we are never "by" ourselves. There are constant improvements that are being made to the system via upgrades, and they are only a phone call away whenever you need technical support. Incidentally, my experience with SiteLink over the years has been one where I can say that their technical support offers the best blend of both knowledge and know-how regarding how to help the most junior manager on how to implement what is needed!

When we discuss feedback with clients, they often only just then understand the meaning and reason for the SiteLink feature and menu they previously questioned or asked us to tweak. We like those discussions because they eliminate questions and prove some requests for changes unnecessary. The software is easy to use for accessing customer accounts with great tools for communicating with customers. The API integration makes incorporating with other platforms, such as Sparefoot, a breeze. We are able to export (past) tenant data in to Excel for merging into email campaigns. Wish we could do this for new tenants as well. Updates take approx. 2-3 hours to update on our website; if this could be adjusted to a shorter timeframe, that would be great but we understand that the updates have to go through our website platform/integration with our outside vendor (G5). Tech support is always there when we need help or experience an issue. The reps are always very helpful and friendly.

You absolutely can get email addresses and other contact info for past, current and reservation tenants (those who reserve or inquire but have not rented). You can filter tenants by group to create your target mail, email, phone and text messaging campaigns. The API and our data and report exports offer contact info for all of those groups you mentioned, including new tenants. The website refresh in SiteLink is instant. I have reached out to G5 who will contact you to discuss updating your website more quickly. Any change in SiteLink is instant and can show on your website at the speed your web designer sets.
