Pros: The software has never failed us in any sort of detrimental way. There are a lot of quality features made available that make the funeral arranging process easier. The software is useable and has all the basic functions that are needed.

Cons: The customer support is the main disappointment. We have been trying to get our funeral home's contracts changed for quite some time, only to be left hanging by whoever begins to help us. Also, the software is not as adjustable as you'd hope. There are a lot of functions and fillable fields that we do not need, that we don't seem to have a way of getting rid of. Which can be a distraction, and cause you to skip important information as your forced to remember which fields to fill in and which to skip over. Also, a lot of connectivity issues in regards to printing, that may or may not be caused by the cloud setup that the software is ran through, instead of the actual software itself. The software is a bit outdated and could definitely be made better with a little attention to detail and much better customer support. Our customer service experience could be admittedly skewed by a few employees that have left a bad taste with our recent attempt to get our contract changed.

Overall: It allows us to get what we need done, and has never left us hanging in any sort of meltdown scenario.
