Pros: It is web based. It seems to capture all of the data needed and some of the reporting seems useful with some needed customization.
Cons: There are serious navigation issues for a data entry system. Not being able to tab through all fields and drop downs, constantly being kicked to the top of the page; fields that have character limitations that only give you a general error message and then delete all of your data entry without telling you which field was the problem; not being able to have fields auto-populate with information that is entered on a regular basis- i.e. hospice doctors who sign many death certificates. I have to type their information each time, only their name is saved in the drop down, and their address and license information does not appear so I have to type it out.

Thank you for your feedback. FDMS software has come a long way as the original web based software to funeral homes¿And the list of adds and upgrades has our customers excited! Your comments do appear to be setup related and we have addressed many of those either in our training, initial onboarding or outright improvements to the program. With the financial backing for FDMS, we see a strong position in the future to outlast many of the competitors with pricing, free upgrades and rock star customer support. It is comments like yours that help us be better and assure us of our current focus for our customers for years to come.
