Pros: It is simple to do intake and exit of animals. Has good background files to support who owns the dog and details about the dog itself. Works great for Daycare, Boarding or Grooming.

Cons: Run cards should be user customized. To much of some data. We just use it for tracking tags and meals, not location or owner.

Overall: The product is easy to use and train people on. Being simple is a good thing not a bad one. Never had it go down and it has run flawlessly for 5 years. The other multiple program modules are way to complex. It could use a few more user defined fields. Other than that...I'm happy with the program, support and price is hard to beat compared to other programs (5) I have sampled and used for evaluation. We use it for Daycare, Boarding and Grooming. I would highly recommend this product.

Recommendations to other buyers: Easy to use, easy to train others on. If you make a mistake it doesn't bring the system down. It is also fast in a Networked environment.

Comments: I hated using his program and should have read the reviews before I forked out $300 a few years ago. Have hardly used it as it isn't worth the time it takes.

Comments: The actual program is very basic, but usable. The customer service is BEYOND AWFUL!
They do not keep track of their customers' software information/license info.
They do not answer calls, but you have to leave a message and they will call back... eventually... After a computer upgrade, I was having problems installing kennelsuite on my computer. After two calls/messages and three emails, I did receive a call back - over 24 hours later- and never received an email response. I was basically told if I couldn't get it to work, I would need to upgrade my program.
After multiple frantic calls yesterday afternoon, I still have yet to hear back from them. This is frustrating because my business relies on this program : /
I would NOT recommend this program to anyone.
It seems as if after your purchase of the program they do not care about their customers, which is poor business practice and very sad.
Very disappointed.

Pros: basically does the job. Very basic. The design of custom reports was referrd to a third party who was fairly prompt.

Cons: This is my first kennel reservation program.It is adequate, but not great. It is somewhat cumbersome to use, especially in this day and age. Too many clicks to get anything done. The customer service was very slow- 2-3 e-mails before I got a reply, which was usually not helpful at all. When asking for specific items on a kennel card, I was told I was using the program incorrectly and didn't need the info I was asking for (notes, alerts, feeding and medication info). When I complained that I couldn't enter certain characters (# in address cells), again I was told it was my fault and I was using the program incorrectly.

Overall: Don't waste your money.
