For me it was a easy to implement and easy to use software which enabled me to a new world of enthusiam and I have no other choice to choose other software.

Pros

The pro in itself is the idea of this software, a marketplace with features of customer and lead management at the same place, the people who used it for mere image galery/ storage are now booking clientele with this software, and this is the only place where contracts can be easily managed for a newbie photography enthusiast to build its career.

Cons

The only con which I consider is its user experience with UI, I am a parttime photographer, my main bread earning is software developement, so I am easily using Tave, but since its very hard to use for non-technical person. Its hard for them to carry on using this software for long.

Managing our wedding videography clients is so much easier now. We can easily send contracts, invoices, and even questionnaires to clients to be able to run our business smoothly as well as to receive feedback.

Pros

Tavé is a life saver when it comes to sending clients contracts, invoicing, and keeping up to date with when certain communications need to happen. The to-do's are set up easily for you, and editing contacts are extremely user-friendly. The section where you complete to-do's is not the more extravagant platform, but it gets the job done for small tasks or client projects.

Cons

I would never recommend Tavé to someone who needs a full-blown CRM platform. Inputting and managing contacts is done easily on this platform, but not if you want to schedule follow ups, keep track of client notes, or rate your progress with a potential lead. I've found that I've enjoyed using Agile CRM or Infusionsoft for more complex CRM needs.

### "Great Product (But Out of My Budget)"

Pros

I love how robust the analytics are. I can see charts and graphs for multiple revenue streams, expenses, and lead sources. It also allows me to track every step of my job process to ensure every client gets the same great service.

Cons

I found the option to capture leads difficult to implement, so I had to enter them myself. Ultimately, the only major drawback for me was the price. Due to changes in my business, the monthly fee was out of my budget, and I had to switch to a competitor. I do feel that Tave gave me more features than the company I chose, however.

Pros

Tave is a great combination of CRM, SRM, calendar and business automation. From start it helped us to get inquiries (email, web forms) into order in one place. Helps with responses and lead management. Customers are finally happy (now we have reminders set up automagically) with response time.

Cons

You need spend little time to setup, and learn the Tave process. But support is amazing!

Pros

It was very easy to get set up, it is a no frills studio/small business management software. You are able to setup contracts, invoices and sync with credit card processing software.

Cons

Getting the full functionality out of it is a lot of setup/work. I do not know if they offer assistance with that or not.

I wish I found Tave years ago, it has been so helpful and streamlined everything for our photography and videography business. The questionnaires are great, contracts easily signed online, invoicing, showing income , profit and loss and reports on projected income - it does it all!

Pros

Streamlined bookings, simple to use and easy to edit anything to suit my business. Offers multiple branding options.

Cons

Initially took some time to learn how to navigate, but once I got the hang of it it has been fantastic!

Staying on top of our growing client base needs, in the events business we have found the Tave System a great help for ensuring we do not miss deadlines and stay on top of our communications, making us look super efficient to our clients.

Pros

Customisation to suit our business model needs. Lots of flexibility and cost effective for what it offers. Tutorials offered have really assisted in setting it up and using the system. The prompts for managing our client timelines are awesome

Cons

It hasn't been the easiest to learn, finding the right tutorials to match our needs has been quite clunky. Trying to set up contracts to use system to report on what we enter into a printable/emailable process to our clients has been challenging - that could be us as users, but just not straight forward.

I am building a photography business

Pros

I love the automation of emails, contracts, and invoices. I love that I can update on the go with the app. No more digging through email to find client responses.

Cons

This software is not as intuitive as I would have liked. To really understand and get the best tips or how-to's, you must attend a little costly workshop.

Compared to other CRM software, it has a good number of features for a good price.

Pros

It’s great to have all of my client information in one place. It also makes recording expenses and tracking profits and losses easy. Being able to send automated emails to clients is great. I also love that I can add my own branding. I got a lot of help from an employee at tave who had an online meeting with me to walk me through the software.

Cons

The learning curve for Tave is steep. A lot of the features feel clunky and are not intuitive. It takes a lot of effort to set it all up and figure it out. There isn’t any booking built in to it. I would like for the client emails that get sent out after initial contact to be called something other than a “quote”.

It's unfortunate I am unable to answer this due to not able to access the software.

Pros

I like most about the software that it can be used for several different organization and the templates.

Cons

What I like least about the software is the difficulty in creating prepopulated emails, questions etc. using the tokens. Some were similar in use. Also I've paid my first months and now I am unable to access the software because there is an error in their server. There is no 24hrs tech support/customer service.
