Based on other buyer's searches, these are the products that could be a good fit for you.
A product’s price can vary greatly based on features needed, support or training required, and customization requests. Some vendors want a chance to talk to you before being ruled out for pricing. When you find a product that fits your needs, you should talk to the vendor to figure out what they can offer.
Reviewers express dissatisfaction with WebPT's billing integration, citing frequent billing errors and poor communication between billing and customer service. They report issues such as failure to charge credit cards and the lack of a built-in billing system, which forces them to use separate vendors. This lack of integration leads to financial losses and frustration, as users have to deal with clumsy and slow processes that hinder their operations.
Users find WebPT's patient information management features easy to use, appreciating the accessibility from multiple devices and the ability to save patient data on the cloud. They highlight the ease of entering daily notes and locating patient information, which enhances their interaction with patients. Despite these positives, some users struggle with saving their work during busy times and find the system confusing when dealing with multiple diagnoses or using the HEP app.
Pros
They have an agreement with Kareo so our billing flows over easily. I also love the reports to keep good tabs on what we are doing and how things are processing.
Overall, I am very pleased with my transition to WebPT - very user friendly, great customer support. Average tech skills equipped me to use this program effectively.
Our clinicians are extremely happy with the ease of use and final product the documentation system produces. From an office staff use, they also love the user-friendly features of the program.
You and your staff can fax notes in 5 seconds keeping doctors updated with ease. WebPT also has excellent customer service and amazing company values.
Cons
Our only complaint would be that the copays from the patients sometimes do not transfer to our Kareo (our billing system).
WebPT destroyed a portion of my patient's medical documents.
I have more complaints but I do not have the space or the time to sit here and type all of those issues up for you to read.
I have multiple groups that are multispeciality, who find it does not work as well for their providers who are not Physical Therapists.

"Great cloud-based documentation system, but there are some bugs."
Pros: WebPT was easy to learn to use and easier to start actually documenting patient care on. Scheduling is helpful and being able to access the patient's chart through the schedule itself is great.
Cons: The schedule really needs to have a tracking feature, where you can tell what date/time the appointment was scheduled, checked in, etc; and there needs to be a rescheduling feature instead of just "cancel" or "delete". Also, there is a field where you can enter a Return to Dr. date, when the patient returns to see their referring provider, but the field resets itself randomly and does not keep the date in place. I have contacted customer service multiple times about this and their suggestions are not helpful and have not solved the problem.
"Great PT EMR"
Overall: Works well for what I need. Reminds me when progress notes are coming due even though I don’t use the scheduling part of the product, keeps track of plan or care dates and ability to customize is just flexible enough without getting overly complicated.
Pros: Responsiveness to assistance and updating product based on feedback.
Cons: 1- Previous measures do not carry over into new progress notes in SOAP 2.02-SOAP 2.0 documents print out/ fax layout takes up too much space and pages. 3- No option to email or securely send documents other than fax.
"Declining in value and quality"
Overall: Chaotic. Clunky. Once your signed up, it can feel like you are without a safety net when EMR issues arise.
Pros: The EMR pushes work flow during an evaluation.
Cons: Customer service is absolutely awful. Slow to respond and issues are rarely addressed in a timely manner. Onboarding a new clinician is far more difficult than it should be. This should be an easy process, but often WebPT makes the process painstaking. Features often do not work. We waited nearly a year to have the waitlist feature fixed which is a critical means to track new referrals. As a result, we had to hand track new clients using a separate technology to ensure we did not lose business. Often unreliable due to outages or downtime. We have adopted "downtime" policies and procedures that we have had to use far more often than ever anticipated. Cost is not worth the overall product value and the cost is increasing per information presented by WebPT over the past month.
"Product review"
Overall: It is very well liked by my staff. It is a good product
Pros: It was good program to use for physical therapy
Cons: It took a bit of getting used to at first
"WebPT is good BUT expensive!"
Overall: Decent experience. Very functional but tedious with time consumption. There are a lot better options available with more inclusive features for less cost.
Pros: Easy to understand. Able to create evaluation and treatment templates so that you didn't have to write the same verbiage. Could carry over notes from the time before.
Cons: Expensive. Require multiple tabs open for the same patient because the SOAP note and the exercise flowsheet were not on the same page. It took 15-20 minutes to complete a note because of toggling between multiple tabs. Offered a lot of features for exercises and CRM but all extra features were a la carte. The expense for a solo practitioner and then to add users was too expensive. It would have been better to charge per number of visits per month vs. number of users. EMR and billing integration was not as synced as should have bee.
