They can send money without worrying who's bank is what. I like Zelle but it only allows a certain amount of money to be transferred per day and requires a set up production. CASH is a lot easier. Thank you! Pros I appreciate how easy it was to start using this app on my phone. It was suggested by a client and not being a big app advocate for my phone, I am very happy with how it has worked out for me. I have recommended it to several clients as an easy way to send payments my way. Cons I sometimes find it a little confusing on where to go when I open the App to transfer the money to my bank. I would like it to show more clearly what button to hit to cash out. I see that it is at the bottom of the screen, but once opened it has so many gift card option flying by it's a little distracting and I don't want to make a mistake. Pros The best thing about the product is its large scale; were we to be growing and growing and growing, this product could probably grow with us. But this is not the product for small businesses and start-ups. Cons As one of those products I was forced into using by a client, I must admit I entered with some hesitancy.
