It was a great tool for several years

Pros

FastDirect is great for basic messaging, gradebook, and SIS features.

Cons

I wish it were all inclusive for emergency alerts, payments, and admission inquiries.

Very good support. Security and attention to protecting confidential information is top notch.

Pros

Simple and easy to use and navigate. Works well with communicating with teachers and others regarding a students progress.

Cons

Interface is getting old and archaic looking. The site is not mobile browser friendly. There is some room for improvement with the GUI.

It was user friendly on the teacher side. The customer support went above and beyond, even forwarded an email to me that a parent sent to them by mistake.

Customer support is fantastic. Semi-customizable for our needs. Amazingly low-cost for the system it is.

Cons

limited reports available limited flexibility in customizing our report cards and classes hard to navigate for staff and families not parent-friendly
