Pros: It's very easy to comply to the GDPR requirements with this product.
Verifies the user identities and with combination with Access manager can give you full visibility about who, when and why is doing something in your envirinment.

Cons: Sometimes is difficult to new user to jump into the interface and they needs to be supervised by experienced one.

If there is a sentence I could use to define the NetIQ IDM solution it would be this: ease of use !

Comments: This software is not only easy to install with the multi-platform installation (Windows / Linux) but also easy to configure with the pre-configured policies and rules. The hardest part is really to define internal processes because once it's done putting them all together within the policies is easy as 1,2,3. You have more connectors (at least to my knowledge) for this solution than any other that are waiting to be installed, configured and deployed through one single application by using only drag and drop and point and click (almost code free, XML code is being build with the click and point).
