Pros: Its great value

pay as you go, (only pay when you have a listing)

Perfect for high and low season as when you need more or less listing its just a click or 2 away

Its vary flexible and adaptable and easily integrated into my site, which I build myself.

Cons: I wish I had found it sooner

Overall: brilliant piece of web based property manangement system online with no maintaince, no upgrades & no expensive software or technical fees.

If you in the hotel or accommodation business you need to be online and this is the perfect soluction for my business. My life is so much more manageable now as the system is working while Im sleeping, could ask for more than that. Well yeah, I also have increased bookings this year by over 50%. Roll on next year!

Pros: * Smooth intergration within any CSM driven or HTML website

* Easy configuration of the system

* Easy activation of payment gateways

* Support works perfectly

* Easy setting up XML data exchange

Cons: * making special offers in the system for arrivals on certain days is not easy compared to other systems

Overall: Having intergrated several other PMS systems, Landlordterminal certainly is the winner when it comes to smooth intergration and fully customisable look and feel.

Something your (web) designer just loves!

The standard payment gateways offered are very reliable and have good rates compared to other ones which is a big plus for any Hotel, Pension, bed & breakfast or short term rental company.

Pros: Web based solution that offer a full integration.

XML interface

Credit Card interface

Easy to use, good and clear interface

Cons: Backups ... it's not easy to have backups.

We never needed to use them, but we don't like to try!

Overall: Good relation Cost/benefit/investment as you don't need to have hardware and internal communications.
