March 30, 2018 5.0 Pros The ease, there is very little ramp-up time to learn how to use the product. Instead of continuing to cold call candidates who do not want to hear from us we are able to focus on those who are currently interested in hearing about our opportunities and get them moving along in the interview process. We love our TextRecruit! Cons It would be great with the integration of the ATS, if once the text message is sent that it would auto-populate in the Notes section of the candidate record. " August 26, 2015 5.0 Pros The usability is very intuitive, for both the applicant/new hire and the recruiter/hiring manager. The releases are relevant to the industry and recommendations from clients. BUT the customer service is by far their best attribute! Cons Right now, there isn't anything I don't like. There are minor tweaks I'd like to see, but overall it's A+ software. Pros I was recently promoted to hiring manager at my office level and started using iCIMS recruit software. Everything is easy to use and saves me tons of time. I'm easily able to sort through candidates and reject or progress a group of candidates at once. Cons No cons so far. Someone with no experience in ATS systems could quickly learn how to use iCIMS. It's also a one-stop shop, providing various aspects necessary to source, communicate with, and hire candidates. It is an excellent recruitment resource! Being that we are regulated by the OFCCP, it is important that we have accurate documentation of our hires. iCIMS allows us to do that. As a vendor, iCIMS is also very strong. When our needs change, they are willing to listen and discuss options or develop solutions. Their help desk is also very knowledgeable and timely in their responses. I have met and worked with iCIMS for eight years. They are extremely professional and have excellent customer service skills. Cons We do wish it spoke with Oracle more easily, which would provide a more efficient and consistent work environment. Review Source EC Eric C. Pros Ease in creating and posting open jobs and recruiting candidates are awesome through this system. Reports are excellent also as well as the customize-able dashboards. April 15, 2019 5.0 I have previously used ATS software designed for the public sector, while iCIMS is similar in structure, the ability to modify literally everything related to design is W-O-N-D-E-R-F-U-L! I am also very impressed with the ongoing customer service, training modules, and relationship iCIMS builds with their clients. Pros The ability to fine-tune and adapt the system based on your organization's needs. Everything can be modified to suit your needs. Cons Nothing, I cannot learn enough fast enough. April 3, 2018 4.0 it has helped with the initial contact of applicants and has made scheduling pre-screen calls and or interviews much easier. No more phone tag! Pros Ease of use, turnaround time is incredible. The very forsrt day of use, I sent 35 messages and had responses within 5 minutes. Before I could waste half a day playing phone tag with people. This has made the intial contact with applicants much more efficient. Cons I do not have any real "cons." Sometimes it seems the messages are put in a delayed hold instead of being sent immediately even though my settings are set to send immediately. Pros My favorite aspect of icims recruit is the ability to see what stage your job application is in. It gives clarity to the dreaded black hole that an application process is typically like, you know where you stand. Cons The user interface is very minimal, while pleasing to the eye, it can be a little confusing knowing how to navigate your account to review application status or make updates. Nice at a glance of applicants in bin. Cons In order to search you must give all hiring managers this ability. I have become familiar with the platform because many companies use it. Pros I like that icims is used for many jobs so I can easily sign in and apply for a job when the job poster uses icims. In that time I have been fortunate to implement the software at two companies and several Recruiting consulting projects with clients using iCIMS. The platform is incredibly user friendly and the best part about it is how configurable and flexible it is to each company's needs. Every organization has different structures and process within their Talent Acquisition and HR functions and iCIMS has truly developed their products to meet these needs. The consistent updates to the system shows that they are on the cutting edge of recruiting enablement and technology while listening to feedback from their clients. The system has evolved so much since my first interaction with it 6 years ago. My favorite features of the system would be the configurable dashboard, reporting functions and the email campaigns The one drawback to the system comes from its configurability. While this is great, it does require an organization to commit time and resources to working with iCIMS to maximize its potential. Review Source SB Shannon B. ICIMS program of continuous improvement based upon customer solicited input means that they are always developing new features that we can use. Cons Needs a better mobile device interface. I believe this is planned for the next upgrade/release of the application.
