Value for Money

Pros: Nothing. It doesn't work, the fix's are on some unknown schedule and it is holding up support for our existing package which still does work despite the lack of updates.

Cons: Our company, has inexplicably paying for the development of this product for the four years that I have been working here, and it still doesn't work.

It was billed as a package that would control the process of Through Life Support of aircraft from go to whoa. The only working function that is available at the moment is the time sheet component and it would be the most unfriendly program I have ever used with screen refreshes at every click of the mouse.

The CM side of the package still doesn't exist, but with the backing of IT department, (the Lead apparently has history with IBS), all funding for that function is being directed into it and not supporting the existing, working program.

Overall: This would have to be the worst roll-out of an essential software package for our business that I have ever heard of or experienced in my 40 year career in the aerospace industry.
