It could REALLY use a revamp. The software in a sense is very bland and straight forward, i liked having the ability to do just about ANYTHING on this program but that was also the issue! However, my personal opinion is that these people don't care about you or your business. The support is really bad. I have been trying to implement chip and pin for a year and they will not return my emails. They just did an upgrade in the middle of the day that crashed the system and cost me several customers. I'd like to know the genius who made that call. You're fired! My franchise will not let me use another software so I am stuck for now. Don't make the same mistake. In four years of paying support to this company (which they increased by 50% last year without any warning) I have never had a phone call from a sales rep. There are some really good coders there, just need to work on people skills. Pros Relatively easy to use, lots of features (that we don't use), excellent reporting, solid consistent performance. No answer, you leave call back info, no one calls back. Support hours need to be extended, including Saturdays. When calling with a "location down" situation there has been very little urgency on Bluebirds's part to get the location running. Their software is very useful and easy to use, other than for Apple products, and it has definitely had a positive influence on the productivity of the company I work for. I also have had very excellent service from their support staff, and for these reasons, I would recommend this product to other companies. Pros I really liked that the software had numerous features that made my daily duties easier to perform, and for the most part, it was easy to use. I also have had excellent experiences with their support team whenever I have had any issue or have needed to set up a new machine. Cons I do not like that they do not offer easier ways to install their software on Apple computers or mobile devices. They do provide a workaround that is accessible through an internet browser; however, I have found it not to be very user friendly and is honestly kind of clunky compared to merely opening an application. My only other complaint is that the software eventually times out from the server and either has error messages or needs to be restarted. I understand that there is probably no getting around this, but it should take longer to have issues in my opinion. Pros I was chosen to assist with our rental cars when we lost our assistant. I was able to pick up on it, in less then an hour. So it is really user friendly! It saves customers information, so you do not have to constantly go back and re-enter! I like how you can modify the days without changing the amount of days the client has actually been in the car! Cons There is nothing I do not like a bout his software, except printing options, I would like to be able to print two copies at the same time!
