I am unable to use ArcGIS in my school's lab because the softaware is having "licensing errors". Note: This has happened before. I have spent hours trying to authorize the software and have spent over an hour and a half on hold. Esri is probably worse than Comcast. Pros None Cons Customer service is terrible. I love that they have already made lessons to use in your classroom, over a span of subjects. I also really love the StoryMap features for students to create a visual display of a map!
