Quick response from JR when we have an issue or need something changed. Pros Easy to check rosters, absences, dates of enrollment, who as an administrator has made changes to enrollments. Most of all ease of emailing a full class, delaying emails, and recording measurements. Cons That the view from the client end is too different from the administrator end, and the update of the reports page. Pros I thoroughly enjoy our new camera system! It is clearer picture than our previous camera system and it allows for me to listen in on the classes. Cons It’s hard to find anything I don’t like about it least because our camera system is still new. Our jackrabbit parent portal system is amazing! I hope it continues this way because I'm very pleased! Pros I was drawn to the amount of customization features. I was worried I wouldn't be able to figure things out, but my Jumpstart coach has been AMAZING in helping me set up and learn how to use everything to the best benefit of my business. Though I haven't had it long I like that even though my business, pricing and set up are unique, it is still able to be put into the software to keep everything automated Cons Only thing I would say is that it is a little intimidating and overwhelming when you first look at it. I also had a great deal of trouble figuring out how to go about getting a trial because there are multiple websites. I love the Facebook group so that I can hear from other customers about what works, what doesnt and upcoming upgrades, etc. Cons I HATE that it does not yell at me more when I scan someone in that has a balance. It allows the money to go through less hands. Cons The search feature is very specific and if you don't remember exactly how the class is titled, it won't pull up. They rock! Pros There are so many features that are helpful to running my small business, from reports to attendance taking and payroll. A huge help and time saver! Cons There are so many features I have yet to use them all... for me the learning to implement them all has been slow. Computers are not my first love though... I am a pen and paper sort of gal! I had several Jackrabbit employees who were with me every step of the way to help answer my questions and make sure I had a positive experience. Pros I like that this product covers such a wide range of elements that make running my business easier. I also like how friendly the Parent Portal is for my customers and the way it can be incorporated into my businesses website. Cons I don't love how registration is set up with enrollment fees. I would prefer being able to set it up so that an enrollment fee is automatically applied to anyone who registers instead of just new students. We are able to integrate our payment processing and website with Jackrabbit easily. Registration processing is a breeze. Cons There are some reports that we're not able to pull that would be very helpful. Pros The ability to auto charge all customers. Cons The payroll system is difficult. It would be easier if pay was calculated based on the class times to avoid entering times in. Additionally there is no real setup for students to pay for drop in classes. Lastly the transaction area can be cumbersome especially when dealing with refunds.
