Cons

Due to the variety of features it can feel overwhelming to find the things you need, especially if you’re not familiar with the system

Pros

Jackrabbit has a lot of amazing features that make it much easier to stay organized and run my business. They have great customer service and are very open to feedback and are always adding new features to make their software better.

Cons

I wish it was a little more user-friendly. It does take a little bit to learn how to work it. I do also wish the internal software was as clean and good looking as what is on the parent end.

Overall, my experience has been phenomenal with how user friendly jackrabbit is. My staff can be trained to use the portal in just a few minutes and the dance parents have no issues accessing their portal. It’s a one stop shop for everything a dance studio needs.

Pros

I love how jackrabbit keeps up with the needs of dance studio owners. They are consistently updating and adding to the value of their portal.

Cons

The New Dashboard is typically empty on my screen and I need to go into the old dashboard to read information.

Overall, I love Jackrabbit. I got to know the system prior to opening my own studio and it was the first decision I made with my own business.

Pros

Love how user friendly JackRabbit is to use. I like the at a glance homescreen with all my important numbers right there.

Cons

Maybe there's a way - but I would like to streamline how I post and charge tuition each month.

Overall, Jackrabbit is pretty straight forward, and their help center is always on top of their game. I just wish it was a little more user friendly. So it could be easier to train new people on.

Pros

I enjoy that there's room for so much information to be stored. And that it's easy for parents to access their portal.

Cons

There are certain features that seem counter-intuitive, or unorganized. Particluar that credits don't automatically apply when a parent initiates a payment through the portal or that I can't do a "quick enrollment" if I'm building a new class with students in mind.

Very happy overall! Moved over from Akada two years ago and have been very satisfied. The customer service and response time is great!

Pros

Easy to navigate and very user friendly. The training and customer service is amazing!

Cons

I wish there was an easier way to set up monthly payments that meet the needs of my studio.

Pros

All of the features! Auto billing, recital module, and emailing are the main ones we use.

Cons

I wish the emails didn't go into spam and were easier to make look nice! I also wish texting was an option without and additional fee.

My experience has been incredible! I’ve absolutely loved learning this new system—it’s both efficient and intuitive, making it a pleasure to use.

Pros

I love Jackrabbit's user interface—it's intuitive and easy to navigate. Whenever I need assistance, the support team is readily available and incredibly knowledgeable. I also appreciate how Jackrabbit actively listens to user feedback and continuously updates and improves the product based on our needs.

There’s honestly nothing I dislike about .

It's good. 7 to 8 out of 10. Overall though, support is still frustrating, challenging, and too complicated and time consuming. Resolving issues can be quicker and more simple over the phone. It does not have to be so difficult.

Pros

Online registration, e-payments, emailing, comprehensive powerful management program.

Cons

Sometimes too complicated, too much clicking around, more complicated than it needs to be, statements are confusing for customers, lack of quick answers from support (emailing and chatting takes 5 times longer online due to deciphering communication).

Pros

The ease in navigating the system and it was fairly simple to learn. Very good point and click mentality.

Cons

The new tasks feature is great. It would be aqesome if that could be tied to a family account and maintained for historical purposes. I also would like to see a way to track leads.

Emailing. Email formatting and fonts are very frustrating. Pressing the space bar changes the size and font. It’s the most frustrating experience and makes me think of switching software. Font switches sometimes and what is typed may end up at the customers end as ??. Super frustrating.

I like it! It was very easy to grasp when trained and i love how it’s all online so families can also see their billing. It makes it a lot easier in a electronic growing world.

Pros

I like how everything is all together online for both parents and staff to see as for billing, attendance enrollment and such. For Staff, i also like the fact that everything is there so if i ever need to find something for our staff, i can just find it in jack rabbit and give them an answer.

Cons

some cons, trying to understand the dashboard and the percentages of enrollment, and everything. also it does get confusing on where to navigate under each tab related to staff and families

Jackrabbit has been a huge time saver. As my studio has grown from 40 students to almost 200, it has been a huge help to be able to run reports, plan classes, etc.

Pros

Before Jackrabbit, I was doing all accounts by hand. It was a NIGHTMARE. Jackrabbit has cut my time in half. Customer service is TOP NOTCH.

Cons

There are A LOT of features - sometime overwhelming.

Fairly good. Except we just find there are too many steps involved in getting simple reports. One example is we were looking to have a single report with all our students measurements. Something that seemed simple became a long process and we still did not end up with the report we needed.

Pros

It helps organize our work flow and allows us to keep track of our daily operations.

Cons

It’s overly complex at times to do simple tasks. We try to look for information and there are multiple steps involved and we often can’t get the reports we need.

I have really not had too many issues and any issues I did have were easily resolved by the staff. I'm really glad we switched over to Jackrabbit. It's been a tremendous help

Pros

The staff at Jackrabbit are extremely helpful and can get you started very quickly. They are always there to answer any and all questions without hesitation

Cons

Like with all programs there are limitations but I also know that they are always working on making the program better for everybody. It would be great though if there was an app that we could download to our phone

It has been great to use as an Admin assistant to keep track of clients and studio information such as inventory. It is very user friendly.

Pros

I like that it is easy to navigate for what is available. They have multiple avenues to find help on any issues you are having. It is very user friendly.

Cons

Updates that seem crucial to running a seamless experience take a very long time even when it’s said to be in development. Some areas aren’t as customizable as needed for tasks.
