I can easily access what I need to in a hurry and contact my students quickly when necessary. My favorite part is being able to add a picture for each student! Pros I love the ease of use and how easy it is to contact students from the class pages. Cons I with there was more fluidity when shifting between the home screen and the attendance page. Pros It is extremely easy to use and if you ever have any issues with anything the chat option is the quickest way for them to help you figure it out! Cons The new updates are sometimes hard to get used to, but that will be with any program. It just takes some time learning where everything is after you were so used to it being somewhere else. Cons How hard it is to navigate. It’s seems extremely difficult most times to move around or login. I would love to see a more effective way to use jackrabbit and maybe a mobile app or platform that teachers can send students videos of their dances. There are only a few things we miss, but JR is open to suggestions. I feel I have made friends with the Chat team. They are very helpful. I just wish they were available later for us on the West coast;) Pros We can get reports with students information and parent information together easily. Also the live chat is so helpful. I've used many of its features and we're able to stay organized and efficient because of JR! Pros Love the app! Makes taking role, seeing past attendance and any medical conditions super easy. Cons When I send a class email through the app I get no confirmation email sent to me. Often I forget if I sent the email or not and don't have a way to check it! It's easy for me to navigate as a teacher to see available studio space and for costumer needs. It used to be very user friendly even on mobile devices but the newest update made that ease more challenging to see available/occupied studio spaces. It's still a great platform regardless! Pros All in all is pretty simple to use and navigate. Cons The new update doesn't work the best on mobile phone devices, especially when you try to look at the class spaces.
