We originally used a different software but wouldn't go back now! Pros Easy to access class/enrolled student detail, Love the ability to email families quickly. The parents portal makes enrolments easy! Cons Perhaps trying to find certain things in the set-up section, I sometimes get a lost but usually find my way back! As a studio owner, I wish there was an app I could get on my phone to help streamline some of the process. Overall the system is great! Pros The whole system is easy to use as a teacher. The note feature for students is helpful for when students are absent. Its easier for bigger studios to get information from the office to the teacher. Pros It serves our business purpose, and the support team is very prompt Cons The lack of international (DATE FORMAT) is very frustrating and results in many input errors when you're not in the US. The lack of an API makes it very difficult to integrate with other products we use, and the inconsistency on exporting data with key information provides a troublesome alternative. Both the UI and UX elements of the application are poor - but noting that there has been some work to start progression of this. This makes it difficult to make last minute attendance adjustments.
