Pros At this point almost nothing...The seamless operation between the credit card processing machine and the customer service software is why we continued this software 7 or so years ago. However it did an information dump when we updated the software/ hardware. That was the first of many night mares. Cons I could right a novel about 20 years of disasters with this software. Also the part where your locked in to some piss poor expensive credit card processors is a real treat . Reasons for choosing Liberty Touch Control 20 years ago it was reccomended...as it was the best of the available systems then. Now its the pits. That order came up what needed to be done. Plus all my hours kept and never shorted me hours. I really like this program cause everything u needed was there Pros Everything is here plus moreNever had to write on ticket notes available Cons Nothing really it is a great software to us for the dry cleaning business there alot more to this work than just washing clothes and exc. The system provided is very average at best. They're customer service/support hours are terrible. They are not available at the most important times of the day for the dry cleaning industry. Also their integration is atrocious. We need a online form that is directly connected to our POS system for our delivery routs, and what they have to offer is very generic and undesirable for our business. Additionally they're app is terrible to set up/use. Overall not very happy. Pros It works Cons Its layout could be better. It's integration potential should be exponentially better. It's an excellent product,very easy to learn and use,email notifications when the order is ready,accounts receivable,marketing and many other futures are all there with a click of a button.Their customer support is managed by people who can answer your questions.
