Your customer service is exceptional. I've spoken with four people today in various departments and everybody was exceptional. I was laughing on each call, and we got everything that was necessary done.

Pros

The staff are amazing. Software is wonderful. Integration to POS is key. Mainly, it's been my staff interactions that make me enjoy the product. I've been using the desktop, and it's awful, but all of the issues I have with that should be corrected once we migrate to the cloud.

Cons

The desktop version is archaic. I know this is by design to push people into the web-based version, which is my intent.

Kept it simple, easy to explain. I didn't have to get on the phone or stay beside the computer which was very helpful.

really great phone support when needed, day smart covers all of our business's features and makes client and pet management so simple!

There is not much I can think of. The ai help feature wasn't that helpful but that's to be expected.

Overall, I would rate Daysmart at an A- or an 8.5/10. They are very helpful and friendly people. With pretty quick response times. The program is really great and has a lot of functionality, but can also be a little overwhelming because of it. I would absolutely recommend this product to other people, and I actually have done so.

Pros

The program overall is fairly user friendly. It can and does handle so many of the tasks I need to be taken care of. Between keeping track of ALL my various sales, payroll, time clock. Client profiles, online booking as well as manually booking/entering clients. Their online help through either their AI Rocky, or via a Live agent is very prompt and they have been able to assist me with every issue and inquiry I have had. They even have an option that you can suggest new features for their program, that they take very seriously. They don't just dismiss them.

Cons

There is SO much functionality to this program. It really is amazing, but it can also be a little overwhelming. The more I "poke around" in the system, the more I learn about how much it can do versus how little I am utilizing it. It is a pro and a con. Some features that I feel like should be included in their "base" program are in program "Add-Ons" that cost additional monthly costs. I have only looked into one such add on. While it was only an addition $25 (I believe), which isn't much in the grand scheme of things. I just felt like I already had half of the capability to do what I wanted and shouldn't have had to purchase it to have the functionality.

I absolutely love it. Digital forms, shot reccords have kept my paperwork dow significantly. Love the pos system.

Pros

Easy to use. Integrated POS system. If there is ever a issue it is resolved immediately. Friendly professional team.

Cons

The calandar always loads to day view. I like week view. I am sure there is a way to default to week but i havent dug around. And i cant set up 2 numbers for same client to bith get reminder messages.

Pretty smooth every software has its problems so I’m not too upset about the issues we’ve had they’re quick to resolve issues and though it’s become routine to not have access to checking clients out sometimes it always gets resolved

Pros

The ease of use having the ability to create waivers and have pop up notes color coding services organization never have had any security issues love using the app and grateful they have chat support.

Cons

The constant issues with checking out customers sometimes being able to and other times not being able to even access tickets or grooming notes

Whenever I run into an issue or have a question, the team responds quickly and helps resolve it without hassle. That level of support makes a big difference, especially when I’m busy and need things to work seamlessly. Overall, it’s a dependable system that I trust, and it has helped me stay organized, save time, and focus more on my clients and their pets.

Pros

I’ve been using DaySmart Pet for a long time, and what I like most is how easy it makes managing my dog clients and scheduling appointments. Everything is very intuitive and helps me stay organized. What I appreciate the most, though, is their fast problem-solving. It makes a huge difference and allows me to use the system without stress.

Cons

One thing I wish DaySmart Pet offered is AI-powered phone support and automated booking. It would be amazing to have calls answered and appointments scheduled automatically, especially during busy grooming hours. Overall, these are relatively minor compared to how helpful the system is, but adding them would make the experience even better.

I’ve used it for years now with almost zero issues. If something like a glitch comes up, the help team is easy to access and the problem resolves quickly.

Pros

It’s very user friendly. My employees figure it out quickly as well. S healing, pet notes, clients notes, directions to clients house, credit card processing etc.

Cons

So far I have not had any issues that have bothered me or caused me any stress or that I couldn’t get a work around to the issue.
