Love the program, the customer service. Jeffifer was really good. Presently we have to use another CRM program with it.

Pros

LOVE the program. The aesthetics of the program. Ease of use. It's really comprehensive. We run a hair transplant practice using it.

Cons

We're trying to create a referral program that doesn't really fit with what AP has. Jeffinfer, our rep, is going to think though and see if there's an option withing AP that might meet our needs.

So far we have been very pleased with how easy it is to use Aesthetics Pro when saving, sharing and dissecting patient data.

Pros

The versatility of their patient record management. You can do so many things with the information that helps my business be more successful.

Cons

The fact that users get deactivated if they haven’t logged in for the last two weeks. Of course I could ask if that feature can be disabled. We just keep resetting passwords for physicians that don’t log on regularly.

Although it is not perfect - the system has enough going for it - that making a change would be painful.

Pros

Patient records, charting, record management is its strength. We have no complaints as a records system. The consent forms are great. There seems to be limitless photo record capacity.

Cons

The marketing component needs help. I recently sent a newsletter out to our entire client list, I learned that the system does NOT remove duplicate email addresses, and will send the same email to the same address, say for a husband & spouse that use the same email address. And when you are charged for each email, this is really unfortunate - as we don't NEED it to go to the same one twice! I have had difficulty creating email templates, copy & pasting into a template causes issue with the formatting. Some times when I would make edits, and save them, the system would sometimes save them or it might choose to delete that box....It definitely needs help.

Overall, my experience with AestheticsPro has been very positive. It provides a comprehensive platform that helps manage many aspects of an aesthetic practice, including scheduling, patient records, treatment documentation, communication, and checkout processes. Having these functions integrated into one system helps create efficiency for both staff and providers. As someone who works closely with patient communication and clinic operations, I appreciate how AestheticsPro supports organization and allows us to access important patient information quickly. The platform has helped streamline many day-to-day tasks and contributes to a more seamless patient experience. Like any software, there are opportunities for continued improvement, particularly around reporting, workflow customization, referral tracking, and automation. However, overall, AestheticsPro has been a valuable tool for our practice and continues to support our ability to provide excellent patient care while maintaining operational efficiency.

Pros

What I like most about Aesthetics Pro is that it serves as a centralized hub for our clinic operations. From scheduling appointments and managing patient records to treatment documentation, checkout, and communication, it allows our team to keep everything organized in one place. I especially appreciate the ability to quickly access patient history, upcoming appointments, treatment notes, and provider recommendations, which helps create a seamless experience for both staff and patients. As someone who works closely with patient communication and clinic flow, having this information readily available allows me to provide a more efficient and personalized experience. Aesthetics Pro continues to be an important tool in helping our practice stay organized while supporting excellent patient care.

Cons

One area that could be improved is workflow customization and reporting. While Aesthetics Pro offers many useful features, there are times when information that is important to day-to-day clinic operations—such as referral tracking, provider-specific workflows, and certain patient communication processes—requires manual workarounds or additional documentation outside the system. As our practice continues to grow, having more flexibility with referral tracking, patient retention reporting, onboarding resources, and workflow automation would be extremely valuable. Additional training resources and clearer guidance on maximizing some of the platform's more advanced features would also help teams get the most out of the software. Overall, Aesthetics Pro is a strong platform, and continued enhancements around reporting, workflow efficiency, and customization would make it even more powerful for growing aesthetic practices.

Overall, it was a good tutorial for getting started. I think there should be more follow up videos in the marketing realm available in the resource library.

Pros

I like that it covered multiple topics and the presenters were friendly and informative. I appreciated learning more about the email lists and use of the touch points.

Cons

I didn’t like that they didn’t go into detail with step-by-step examples to take you through it like you were creating a real campaign and email blast, including how to modify the templates and set up recurring templates

Very positive. Highly recommend AestheticsPro. Start up business or even a multi-location, the platform is great and versatile.

Pros

It was easy to catch onto. Help getting it up and running, which I needed since I’m not strong in the technology realm. Starting my own business I’m wearing all the hats, and they’ve made it so easy to get in touch with someone to walk me through the process. \[sensitive content hidden\] has been great, literally calls within minutes to help get me the support I need.

Cons

In order for paperwork to go through to a patient, they have to place who their cell carrier is. It’s always unmarked by patients. Changing this requirement or landing that the patient can’t move on until it’s filled out would help me stop having to chase people down to fill out forms they never received.

I have only used 2 days worth. More feedback to come. There is no real check in system to notify your client has arrived. We do have access to multi locations though. I don't like that we have to create our forms and port client information over ourselves.

Pros

Support available to assist with concerns. We were able to troubleshoot why i couldn't document due to settings on the admin side.

Cons

Too many pages to click to get to what i need. There should be a universal search bar that will locate a page. Also if you are looking for support videos, you need to be on that area for the video to show but if you don't know how to get there, there is no sort video to help you.

New advances and help icons are very helpful to maneuver around the software. Live help is only a phone call away and agent are very easy to work with

I like Aesthetics pro for our aesthetic software because it is simple. I have worked with more complicated softwares that took so much time to learn. Theu have made some improvements toit that has help a lot. I also think it is a good value for the money

Cons

It is still a basic software but it is growing. I am hoping advancement in the software will come more quickly
