Overall, my experience so far has been excellent. \[sensitive content hidden\] has been professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and very responsive throughout the onboarding process. She took the time to answer my questions thoroughly and helped make the transition feel less overwhelming. I also appreciated her sharing helpful educational resources related to med spa business growth and management. While I am still new to the platform and have not officially started using it in daily practice yet, my first impression is that AestheticsPro seems intuitive and easy to navigate

Pros

Very positive onboarding experience so far. \[sensitive content hidden\] has been patient, responsive, and quick to answer my emails, texts, and calls. She explained the software clearly and made everything feel easy to understand. I also appreciated the helpful business resources and podcast recommendations related to med spa growth and management. She was also very flexible with scheduling and even made time for a meeting on a Sunday, which I truly appreciated.

Cons

At this time, I have not used the software long enough to identify any significant cons or challenges. Since I am still in the onboarding phase, I feel it would be unfair to provide negative feedback before fully using all of the features.

We’ve had a fantastic experience working with AestheticsPro as our EMR and practice management platform at Arizona Health and Wellness Clinic. From a Security and Patient Record Management standpoint, the platform has helped us organize and streamline our operations while maintaining confidence in how patient information is managed across our clinic. Their Patient Management tools have also helped improve workflow efficiency for our team as we continue to grow our weight loss, regenerative health, and aesthetics services. One of the biggest strengths of AestheticsPro has been their Customer Support and willingness to collaborate with us. Their service team has been incredible to work with during integrations, customization of forms, workflow enhancements, and operational improvements. Pros

It’s so comprehenesive. It covers everything I’d ever need for a booking software, charting, customer support and the price is amazing!

Cons

There’s nothing I don’t like so far. But if I had to choose, I would say that maybe you guys should be less amazing to give other companies a chance ;)

Im really enjoying it the more i get to know it. I wish onbaording was alot more indepth or there were modules we can click through to set things up in each key area

Pros

I like that they are contantly improvig their services and streamlinging functions that make sense to what we do in clinic.

Cons

I think there are still some areas not thought out fully, like the Integration of the inventory360 to AP payments. Also have a chat system between staff. That would make things even better!

Cons

That i havent figured out everything about it that can make my practice as easy as it could be yet. If I had one want it would be that i could insert videos into emails.

Overall, my experience with AestheticsPro has been positive. The platform has many useful features for aesthetics and wellness practices, and it offers a strong foundation for scheduling, charting, memberships, and patient management. However, there is still room for improvement in areas like automation, inventory, and communication tools. With more refinement and modernization, it could become an even stronger all in one solution for growing medspas.

Pros

One of the things I liked most about AestheticsPro was the level of customizability within the platform. It allows practices to tailor workflows, memberships, forms, treatment packages, and client management systems to fit the specific needs of their business. The software is aesthetically geared toward medspas and wellness clinics, which makes it easier to organize services and streamline operations compared to more generalized EMR systems.

Cons

The biggest downside for me was the inventory system and the lack of more advanced real time communication features. Inventory management could be much more intuitive and refined, especially for clinics managing retail, injectables, and consumables at scale. I also wish the platform had stronger built in texting and automation capabilities similar to Zenoti, particularly for real-time communication, marketing automation, and client engagement workflows.

It has been great as a provider with documentation as well as booking clients. For the most part it is very easy to use, new updates are making it more streamline which we like.

Pros

I love the convenience aspect of everything being in one place for our clients EMR. It is easy to chart on as a provider.

Cons

I wish the "book now" appointments alerted us somehow and not just went in the "bell" at the top. If a pop up came up, it would be easier for us to see in real time.

To be honest in the beginning I struggled because I thought it wasn’t as user friendly as I was used to. I do feel with each “upgrade” thing are getting better. And as I said earlier, I wish the AP markerting templates were more modern looking and user friendly. I also would like to be able to go back to a chart once an invoice is opened. Having to use two different screens is a pain. Sometimes I need to be in the person chart to see if we are discounting or what the exact name of the service is I am adding to the invoice.

Pros

I like that it went over the basics, I learned to use AP based on how other staff members where using it but they weren’t necessarily utilizing every feature that was shown. I like seeing it from the provider/admin and the client prospective. It’s was helpful to know why its important to have certain things in place.

Cons

The only thing I didn’t like about it was some area covered didn’t make sense for my practice, they weren’t things I could utilize. I also really wish the AP marketing templates were more modern looking.
