Value for Money

Pros: Other than being a lower cost I can't promote a positive. Having used both Equis and EQWin it is difficult to find an advantage program wise.

Cons: It is cumbersome to use. It was a bad program, made worse with 2017 "upgrades". We are almost 8 months into the year and still trying to work out the bugs. I don't feel all customers were consulted about upgrades, instead a selected few had input and most changes are complicated bells and whistles. In other words the programmers decided what was important for our needs and we were forced to adapt.
