If you have any issues or questions on how to enter your data a representative responds within minutes (usually) of you reaching out. They will help you through a series of screenshots and a follow up phone call if the issue persists. They will also give training on how to use the software. Cons It takes a bit of time to manipulate and upload the results if they are not in the right format. This is true for any database though. Having used both Equis and EQWin it is difficult to find an advantage program wise. Cons It is cumbersome to use. It was a bad program, made worse with 2017 "upgrades". We are almost 8 months into the year and still trying to work out the bugs. I don't feel all customers were consulted about upgrades, instead a selected few had input and most changes are complicated bells and whistles. In other words the programmers decided what was important for our needs and we were forced to adapt.
