Pros

The team at etix will work with your venue or organization to create a ticketing experience catered towards your product and audience. While it's not designed to compete with the simple self-serve products like event bright, it IS a great alternative for companies and venues with complex ticketing needs who do not want to go with Ticketmaster or front gate.

Cons

Some changes wil require work with the etix team - it is not an "out of the box" self serve platform. But if you knw that going in, you will get a great experience from them

Etix was in general a great tool/resource for our box office ticketing department.

Pros

What I like the most about Etix is their user friendly interface and training tools. Very helpful!

Cons

What I liked least about Etix was some of the reporting fields when trying to narrow down a report needed for specific data.

Horroble experience and I lost over 330. Refused to refund my money or work to help me.fix the issue

Pros

Was linked directly the event i was attending. Had no choice but to use this site. I will not make this mistake again.

Cons

The site was not seem legit. Went to use the tickets and they did not work ETix customer service was awful would not help me fix the issue and refused to give me a refund.

So easy to get special event tickets. Used it to get Mn state fair tickets and to a reception in Minneapolis just this past week.

TicketForce has been a tremendous partner as our ticketing company since 2008. They truly care about our success and provide fantastic friendly customer support. They understand the ticketing industry and have many employees that have worked in venues so they can relate to what we go through on a daily basis. We are a smaller venue but still feel valued as a customer; can't say that about other companies we work with. Would highly recommend both TicketForce and their software for ticketing solutions.

Pros

We use the custom branded platform that allows us the flexibility to represent our brand, setup ticketing for a wide variety of events, accept donations online, and provide an easy mobile-friendly ticket buying experience for our patrons.

Cons

No one system is perfect, there will always be more bells and whistles that anyone would like. But this is a reliable system and company.

I would highly recommend NOT using Etix. From day one, it was nothing but problems!

Pros

When the system worked, it was great...but there were so many errors, it took way too much of my time to contact them to get them corrected.

Cons

They had hundreds of errors...in the three years I worked with them. They never ever apologized and had excuses for everything. I have every email to prove all of their errors, even telling their people how to correct them. Super unprofessional!

I will never buy from this organization again! They are online crooks.

Pros

Etix was available on line. It appeared to be a legitimate place to buy tickets. Little did I know.

Cons

Offered the tickets for $60 each by the time are card was charged it was $250 each! They tricked us and rushed us into the purchase. We are old and have not gone to a concert in a long time. Buyer beware!!! Don't buy from Etix.

Pros

it will be easy to expose the predatory and fraudulent tactics used by this company for profit. I have totally lost all respect for this company which should be exposed to the SEC for fraud.

Cons

the venue dosent allow electronic devices and you can only open the tix from a cell phone. YOU HAVE TO PAY EXTRA JUST TO HAVE THE TIX EMAILED IN A PRINTABLE FORMAT. Clearly a scam tactic to get even more money from customers.

I selected to have insurance on my tickets now etix says I didn't. My son had to have surgery and was in the hospital at the time of the performance we were supposed attend. They now refuse to give me the refund I am entitled to.

Pros

Online ordering was easy and they offered insurance on the tickets.

Cons

Apparently their was a computer glitch and now they say I did not choose the insurance.

My experience with Ticketforce has been fantastic. They are attentive and provide great follow through. The system functions almost perfectly for our venue, the employees and the patrons. Reporting before, during and afterward is a breeze. Overall very happy with the system and the team.

There was no benefit, from the performance of this system we could of and should of just managed the tickets ourselves on a spread sheet.

Pros

We used TicketForces on-line platform in the past and it was a decent system.

Cons

Customer support was terrible. Many times we had to call them because they wouldn't respond to emails System did not do half the things that they said it would when they sold it to us. They would not assign the resourses that was needed to get the system fixed when they realized there was problems. My staff had to spend hundreds of hours managing ticket sales because the system was flawed and people could not buy on line. We will never use Ticketforce again. Took almost a month for them to reconcile the event and send me my money. If any one has some questions they can contact me at Brighton Speedway and I can fill them in on the details and show them the hundreds of emails that were sent to try and organize this small event between February and June

Switched from TM 4 years ago and couldn't believe how much easier Etix was to use. They are growing quickly, always adding new features, and updating their system for ease of use.

Pros

Willing and able to add or adjust features if able and is easy to use and train people on

Cons

Their after hours customer service line is not convenient to the event business. You have to leave a message and wait for a call back from a technician which, is not always prompt. Really not fun when you have a long line of people waiting to purchase tickets and are having an issue.

Cons

I used this software as an end user. eTix has poor communication with the end user. A concert was cancelled, and I was not informed until mere days beforehand. Due to this I lost nearly $500 on transportation and lodging expenses, for a concert that was cancelled, and not rescheduled, with no notice. Customer support is non-existent, and responds with automated messages. When I eventually reached a real person, I was told I should have read the fine print - i.e. eTix refuses to take any responsibility. I will never use this software to purchase tickets again. If an event is using eTix to sell tickets, take it as a sign the event is underfunded and poorly organized - otherwise they'd use a reputable ticket selling software. 0/10.

### "They ripped me off"

Horrible worst experience I have ever had! It was okay to take the money from me now I can’t find anything out since they got the money! I’m telling you all do NOT use this company unless you like being lied to ripped off and put off! I’m out 300$ and all I have is some tickets to a show that was cancelled due to covid 19! Nothing! They took my money! And never got a refund and now they can’t find the order! Even though I have the tickets and the credit card I purchased them on! Been five months and still no refund on my card! And now they can’t find it! Do not purchase from here! The show was cancelled and I have had nothing but trouble trying to get a refund!

Cons

Once again they ripped me off so I absolutely will never recommend or shop with them again! And I go to shows a lot and so do my friends it’s literally what we do several times a year and this was the first and last time I went through etix and never will again!

Reason for choosing Etix

I thought that this was a legit company boy was I wrong!

### "Purchase was easy but after event got cancelled issues with part of my refund"

I purchased tickets to an event, the purchase process was easy and I had no issues. However, the event got cancelled. I contacted customer service to get the refund process started. They did not have any issues with getting the refund of the ticket price but there are fees added to each ticket that was purchased and they will not refund this amount. My initial refund request was done via email and all was handled fine for the ticket price but then I called in reference to the fees being refunded because the gentleman via email said no they would not refund the fees and no longer responded to any emails. I was told, when I called that they would take care of getting the fees refunded back to me as well but that never happened. so I followed up with them and was told there is no record of the phone call. I feel the fees should also be refunded because this was due to the event being cancelled. I will not use etix again and will look for other options to purchase tickets in the future to events.

Etix has been an amazing system to buy tickets on. The process is always so easy and I have never had any issues with their site. During Covid they were always so responsive on keeping us all updated on any changes and made it is easy to get a refund when there was a concert postponed.

### "Use other ticketing service"

Spent $20 for express shipping (2-3 days). They didn’t provide me a tracking number, any order updates or inform me they wouldn’t be shipping the tickets until the next day. I called customer service. After waiting on hold for 3 hours, I finally got a women who informed me the person who can check ticket statuses is out for the day and won’t be back until Monday. I asked for the manager. After waiting another 20 minutes, he said he couldn’t help me but I could go on the bottom of the website and ask to be reimbursed the shipping. I asked if he could do it for me. He said no and hung up. Completely ignorant. Now I have nothing to give my dad for fathersday and I have no idea when these tickets will arrive if they arrive.

Pros

Nothing. Nothing at all. Use another ticketing site.

Cons

Customer service was useless, couldn’t update me on my order status. The manager was ignorant and unwilling to help.

PLEASE read the small print. This companies WEB page is built to deceive. The tickets were displayed so that a lower price ticket is plainly stated that it is a GENERAL ADMISSION ticket. The higher price tickets had no mention of GENERAL ADMISSION. I ordered the higher price ticket assuming I was buying assigned seats. I was wrong, they are also General Admission. ETix states 100% Satisfaction, yes they are satisfied that the scalped me for $100 more per ticket than I could buy at the door!! They refused to refund my money only 30 minutes after I purchased the tickets.

EXTREMELY disappointed with their customer service. I buy a lot of event tickets and I'm experienced in this area. I've never encountered such HORRIBLE customer service. Truly unbelievable and disappointing. I hope AQUA Caliente discontinues using this company because we won't buy from them again.

Nothing. I found no value in e tix at all

Cons

Needed refund of ticket. Requested one, did not hear from them for two weeks, until I send sever follow up letters. Then after 16 days they said I would get my refund in 2-4 more weeks.
