Pros

I enjoy the ease to use this platform/products... it allows me organize everything safely and efficiently

Cons

The initial learning curve is step, but as with most things, the more you use it the easier it gets

Pros

We started with this software over two years ago. At the time it was mostly a lot of promise but it is now at the point where reports are stable and moving around the system is relatively easy. Data to it is a seamless direct feed from Schwab, our sole custodian. Integrates data from ByAllAccounts for all-account (managed and unmanaged) reports that clients like. Wish it had more flexibility in reporting but much information can be teased out one way or another if one knows where to look. Help desk is always available (we're on Eastern time), friendly, significantly more informed as time has passed and willing to research for answers they don't have. Secured document storage area, where clients can upload as well as we post for download, is a nice feature. My 3 stars mean average and it is average software, no small thing in technology software where ill-formed alternatives abound.
