### "Future proof, rich of functionalities and up and running in a matter of weeks."

Business users are happy so far and we will continue to roll out to our remaining European offices. The tool is easy to use and also the performance is optimal. We're working with the cloud version (on Azure) and we did not experience a single performance problem so far. The Exus employees are knowledgeable people and working with them was (and still is) a pleasure.

Pros

The product is full of features which are useful for our business community. The tool is easy to use and our users felt comfortable working with it quickly. From implementation perspective we had the application running (cloud version) in just a few weeks. No coding is needed only configuration. The application also offers advanced functions with help of analytic tooling. We are not using this yet but we want to keep improving our business process so this will definitely be something we will consider in the future. With help of the knowledgeable Exus consultants we managed to gather the requirements, train and implement in a matter of weeks with positive results and positive feedback from the business community.

Cons

We're looking into possibilities to use AI in the near future, this is not yet fully developed within the application. We're using EFS (Exus financial suite) and we might be looking into additional modules for use in the future. EFS is mainly focusing on Collections and we want to support our Recovery process also in a better way, we still need to further investigate the options.

Reason for choosing Exus Financial Suite

We were impressed by the presentation given by the Exus consultants. EFS fitted our business perfectly and the company lives and breathes collections and recovery. During the supplier selection process we dived into the functionalities of EFS and there was already a good fit with our current business process. The application is already ready for the future with a solution in the Azure Cloud. From functional, technical and architectural perspective this was the best option for our company. Besides that also from pricing perspective the product is interesting. It offers value for money as far as we're concerned.

Positive experience, having joined my current organization with EFS already implemented, I was able to catch up quickly on the implemented strategies, with the help of EXUS team. All collections processes are in one place and this facilitates the overall monitoring of the activity. Excellent support level for day to day issues and requests for changes. Working on a managed service, we can focus on collections, having the software in place without performance issues.

Pros

Adapts very smoothly to various markets, while changes in the strategy are made in a controlled and efficient way. Easy to use at all levels, from the end users to the administrator. Ability to perform changes without requiring any IT knowledge. A lot of functionalities that can be implemented to achieve business objectives.

Cons

While entering our 3rd year on EFS, we are still on the learning curve, need to explore more on the possibilities that EFS can offer us, and streamline our processes so to achieve the best possible results.

All collection processes are now in one place, visible to all users (from beginning until the end).

Pros

Ability to customize, change processes alone, without CR's. All information's are in one place, customer friendly - easy to use it. EXUS and Infosistem team are great support at any part of building this tool and now, after go live, in making changes and adjusting processes to our needs.

Cons

As we are beginners in using this software, we need to learn, get more time to become familiar with all parts and to understand it more (administrator part - learning how application "think")

With EXUS an organization can implement their strategy. This is the most import thing about EXUS. It is so flexible and easy-fast to use that Strategic decisions come to effect immediately. I would highly recomend it.

Pros

The software is very easy to use and very flexible. There are so many functionalities that you can achive virtually any result you wish.

Cons

Even though there are some basic reporting feutures, in order to get the full reporting capabilites one has to use also Microstrategy or Power bi together with EXUS Collection & Recovery.

Timeline, Implemented in very aggressive timeline. Scope of work, Full coverage loan products, from retail loan until corporate loan People, Consultancy from Exus's subject matter expert is a plus point to deliver implementation with high quality and aggressive timeline.

Cons

Hungry hardware resource to get high quality application test ( test storage follows production storage capacity). Most of local country requirements need customization. To maintain high quality deliverables for patches after go live, the users needs to do regression test (user expects to have modular test)

We always aim to have an efficient UAT process and hence we propose a testing environment as close as possible to the production one, to ensure similar performance under the same load. This way, the UAT team can identify issues that could come from production data that could not be found in a sandbox environment. We also consider as a best practice to perform regression tests to make sure deliverables from the previous phases are not affected. Pros

Easy to use system for the agents. Rich functionality with possibility for quick configurations. Professional and quick implementation.

Cons

Limited reporting functionality, a modern system like this should have connection to BI solution as standard. Takes some time for administrators to understand how the system works, more standard support tools should be provided.
