Overall: We were are to cut down time when calling in lineworkers for after hour calls and managing those resources through Crew Manager. Seeing the improvements through after hour we are now improving our daily work force crews, contractors and emergency situations with Crew Manager.
Pros: Automating calling system for our after hours personnel, this has been a huge time saver for our company.
Cons: Working with their Crew Manager segment has been more of a challenge, but with their readily available customer service, monthly collaboration with ARCOS/other utilities and their annual conferences, gives lots of additional support to develop and use their product effectively and efficiently.
