We've added digital signage to every meeting room, and the Digital Sign Service service software automatically displays room availability, meeting information, and more. We've dramatically reduced meeting room scheduling conflicts while at the same time increasing meeting room utilization.

Digital Sign Service is an easy to use, out of the box application which integrations with Outlook and Exchange. It is easy to install and very cost effective and will meet any organizations digital sign requirement. It supports iPad, Android and Windows tablets and the software displays current and upcoming meetings, a user can extend and end meetings directly on signs at the conference room. It has intuitive and well-designed templates or you can customize your own template to support your company image. All in all, it is nice low cost digital sign solution for any organization.
