Setting up League Registration for the first time was challenging but took a reasonable amount of time. Customer Support was helpful but the absence of a chat feature for support was a definite negative.

Pros

The learning curve to become fairly adept at using the software was manageable. League and team management were intuitive and easy to navigate.

Cons

Report exports were clunky to sort through as was filtering export fields. No Chat Support with customer service so you have to rely on email responses that can eat up valuable time.

Excellent. Probably the best customer support I have experienced. They have responded numerous times when I was stuck and everytime they were able to explain or correct quickly. Even on weekends.

Pros

The fantastic customer support. Quick responses no matter when I requested help.

Cons

It's not the most intuitive product to use but if you take the time to learn it, you will find that it can do a lot of things.

It has been wonderful and I highly recommend it to all

Pros

Our organization switched to Team Sideline more than 6 months ago. It has been an amazing experience. The website is capable of many things that helps make our organization run easier. The registrations, scheduling, team placements, etc. are easy to use and simplify things. The absolutely best part of Team Sideline is the customer service. Every time I have reached out with a question it is answered very quickly and in simple terms that I can understand. I would recommend Team Sideline to anyone!

Cons

There has been nothing that I dislike. The question requires a minimum amount of characters so am writing this

Pros

TeamSideline is easy to use and their customer service is top notch!

Cons

If I had to pick one thing I would change I would make the help center available via the site a little bit more user friendly and easier to search.

I have been a board member for over 9 years and president for three and a half and the main user of TeamSideline. It has made my football life so much easier than it might have been otherwise.

Pros

TeamSideline has helped The WCFL grow from 260 kids in tackled football to over 400 this season and 350 kids in flag football to almost 800. There system makes it is easy to set up your season, easy to send marketing and informational emails to our families and prospective members and it has created a great all-in-one website for our league.

Cons

There is a learning curve but there is great customer service to help you and once you do it once, you will know everything you need to run your league.

My overall experience with Team Sideline is very processional and efficient. The support staff is world class.

Pros

There are many things to like. The initial "sales" process went very smooth with multiple demos to make sure our requirements could be met. Since we have been a customer (our 8th season)- we have asked for multiple changes and the high priority ones have been implemented. And the functionality/fixes that has gone into the product have helped our families and or admins do their job quickly and efficiently. Lastly the personal US support is really good. I personally am responsible for the scheduling side of our youth basketball, and they answer my inquiries clear and helpful

Cons

sometimes responding to an OOPS screen takes longer than expected however they do respond within an hour or so and the response identifies the reason and what needs to be changed to avoid it again.

Coming from League Athletics and SportsEngine, TeamSideline has been a night/day experience. They have promptly responded to every single question (and there have been a lot), they have robust "How-To" documentation, and they have put most of our suggested changes into production. You will not find this with any other company.

Pros

As an administrator, TeamSideline has far exceeded my expectations in regards to customer service and usability.

Cons

The Android app received a recent major update which has dramatically improved usability. The IOS app has not yet received the same major update.

TeamSideline is packed with helpful tools for my organization. I love that I can manage registration, rosters, reports, and communications efficiently and without stress.

Pros

The customer service is top notch! I'm fairly tech-savvy but sometimes I run into an issue that baffles me. When I contact TeamSideline customer service, I often receive a solution within the hour, and any follow-up questions are also answered promptly. It's such a comfort to know that if I get stuck on something, I can rely on quick help.

Cons

Any complication I've ever faced has been addressed quickly and satisfactorily, so I have no complaints!

It’s easy to navigate the website as both a user and admin. The support staff responds very quickly with world class, white glove levels of service.

Pros

The ability to create and customize multiple programs with multiple divisions in each program. It’s great to review registrations and pull reports needed by different board members.

The mobile app could use some updating for our teams and members that use it for communication.
