"Invaluable to remote workers especially for dispatching "

**Overall:** Overall, I would not mind using towbook again as it was easy to learn, especially being trained by phone/zoom for a remote position, and fhe program has the capability to handle everything needed in the dispatching roadside business.

**Pros:** I used towbook whrn working with a dispatching service that helped to set up our drivers with roadside assistance and insurance companies. It was easy to sue once i got the hang of it, and I liked that it was flexible and whether I was speaking to a stranded customer, a towtruck driver, or an insurance/roadside assistance company, the program had all the tools I needed to navigate for drivers, give customers eta's and find available drivers for companies setting up assiatkce for their customers.

**Cons:** Sometimes the program would freeze up requiring a reset of the computer which during a busy wotkday answering calls can br very frustrating. I do not blame towbook alone however for the issues as some were caused by internet connectivity, but still it was frustrating and counter productive

"Towbook Invoice and Call number changes"

**Overall:** It has been good for several years (4+). My biggest gripe and reason for writing this review is to inform customers before they get locked into a company whose customer service is obviously going downhill. I'm openly looking for an alternative but have so much invested in Towbook that I am reluctant to leave (like a terrible relationship).

**Pros:** Ease of use and functionality of the software for transport / towing.

**Cons:** Customer support has gone downhill in 2023. The company seems more interested in cutting down the time to interact with its customers rather than giving the customer a solid product. Specifically, I am astonished by their complete objection to changing OUR call numbers in the software (which they have done for 4+ years now and promised to do in 2023) to merry up with the calendar year 2300001 etc. The only thing I can attribute this to is laziness and "streamlining" by some pencil-pushing workflow efficiency figurehead to boost profit and cut down on the number of employees. Just bad scenario for the small business who is invested, left with a decision to move on or stick it out.
