I manage half of my company's local digital accounts so I use Adbook to ensure revenue has been booked correctly, monitor the status of campaign execution, refer back to details of how various products have been ordered and review current and prior creative assets.

Pros

I like the Other Info tab within Adbook the most. It allows me to keep track of ad operations' notes as they book and execute a campaign and is a really useful tool for me to refer back to once a campaign has been running for awhile and isn't top of mind. It can be difficult to remember the small details in my day to day and this tab has saved me hours of research since the notes are all in one place.

Cons

At one point I was using Adbook to book new orders and export them to WideOrbit and it was an absolute nightmare. There was a ton of going back and forth between both programs and one missed step can mess up the whole thing. I pass that piece along to someone else now, but it was incredibly time intensive and frustrating.

Pros

We are able to book ads for clients. It also speaks to our billing system and we have been able to automate this more.

Cons

Extremely slow. It can take a very long time to create an order and make any needed revisions in the platform.

once we got everything setup we were off and running. very easy to use and setup. we were able to quickly train multiple users without any issue. Must have for web

some of the screen steps can be repetitive. support can be delayed user interface can be updated a little.
