Pros

It is all inclusive and does everything we need without the requirement to buy additional modules. The alerting works exactly as we want it to.

Cons

Navigation within the app takes some getting used to especially as you drill down into things where the only way to get back to to start at the beginning.

Pros

quick, fluid, easy to look at, easy to configure, secure, bandwidth pages, color scheme, access for customer support to login on the backend and immediately assist

Cons

some of the earlier versions weren't smooth, and the config manager portion of it used to be buggy. But pleased with it now

Pros

The feature set and UI are friendly; administrators are generally able to maintain their own local devices without a great deal of support.

Cons

Not as many features as more expensive products--however, most of these products are considerably more expensive.

Definitely recommended. Much easier and more complete than solarwinds orion. Customization requires engagement with netreo, but still more customizable than solarwinds anyway. Deep visibility and reporting.

Pros

easy to use, awesome support, easy implementation. Full featured, great dashboards and easy reports.

Cons

limited customization
