I recently had a problem, and the tech support person stayed late to help me. I extremely appreciated that and told her so Cons Once a piece of equipment has a work order attached to it. That piece of equipment is in there like concrete. We had many pieces of equipment that I would simply like to give it a better more descriptive name and I was unable to do that. Pros The affordability of this product is great. Our company is soon changing to a new CMMS system but from what I've seen it does not do much more than Maintimizer and it's much more costly Cons I think that the customer support could be a lot better and online training via webinar would make training easier and more affordable. Cons We have never been able to make the time to use the product to its full capacity. There is a terrific amount of training and support available from Ashcom, but as a non-profit, it is our own budget limitations that prevent us from taking advantage of something readily available and cost effective. The creation of Preventative Maintenance tickets works very well, and this is the main bang for the buck in the program. The Black Box was extremely easy to set up. Cons You can't change an equipment name without deleting it. You also cannot remove a user without deleting all their work orders.
