"Nonexistent Customer Service"

**Overall:** Dealing with customer support has been a nightmare! According to customer support - who can only be reached via email with days or weeks between responses - I signed up using their old payment system which initially prevented me from accessing the software while also charging me twice. It took five days to finally gain access to the software. Customer support did manage to send me a refund for the duplicate charge (eventually). However, after attempting to use the software and realizing it is not compliant with my E&O insurance, I requested a refund right away. Customer support said they would try to issue a refund but that the person in charge of the old payment system "has not been very responsive". The second refund never happened, and in the meantime, their stupid payment system charged me a third time!! I finally canceled that credit card just to prevent them from charging me again! It has been over 45 days since customer service last responded to my emailed requests for refunds. This company does not stand behind their product and they obviously could care less about their customers. They also explained they lack the support they need to implement new features like customer signatures on a pre-inspection agreement. You get what you pay for. Caveat emptor. I recommend going with Spectora or Homegauge. It's worth the added cost.

**Pros:** Software is inexpensive. Mobile app is decent. Dark mode is a nice feature and works well.

**Cons:** No way to have a pre-inspection agreement signed - this makes the software unusable, unfortunately. By far, the worst part about EZ Home Inspection Software is the NONEXISTENT customer service. They have also changed parts of their automation and payment system, but their old automation and payment system is still up and running. This creates confusion when someone is signing up following a free trial, and creates an utter nightmare when attempting to involve customer service to resolve issues.

I did not have the software long enough to test any integrations, however.
