And very simple and easy to read for the clients. Sometimes a little too simple. But very reader friendly. Cons Some of the normal annotations that I've noticed in other softwares are not in this one. Such as things that actually work correctly instead of just writing appeared serviceable some people life a brief description of what is working properly. Pros Narrative option of the software while conducting house inspections is a great help and saves time when trying to explain and put into the right wording for a client to understand. Cons I would like more narrative for a variety of common issues found while conducting house inspections. Occasionally the software would crash, requiring user to log back in. Pros How easy it is to use. Library to choose from for detail expression. Cons I wish that I could transfer client information to a new report without having to type it all in again. Also, i wish I could add the signature feature, used for four point and wind mitigation, and add it to a new template I created for roof inspections or any template I want to create. The report is pretty easy to customize for home inspections Cons Sometimes you will lose a picture or two that you took for the report. Pros This software is very easy to set up and use. It is also great for making your own templates. Customer support is fantastic. Cons When making a new template you have to add comments manually instead of them being available from the program. however there might be a way for them to all transfer over but if there is i don’t know how to do it. Pros It helps me get through inspection in a speedy yet thorough way. I can customize sections to cover everything I need to. It’s a great tool! Cons Once you upload the inspection to the server the inspection can’t be uploaded to the phone after changes are made.
