Overall my experience good.

Pros

What I like most is the ease of use and cost.

Cons

My only complaint is that while taking pictures during an inspection the software inadvertently closes causing me to re-open the report. I don't loose any info previously done but it does add time to my inspection as I'm having to re-open the reports and figure out where I was in my report.

Pros

It is easy to customize on the fly for the variabilities inspectors encounter in the field.

Cons

It would be nice to have more templates.

Very good experience

Pros

Using EZ Home Inspection Software saves me time on every home inspection I do. I was performing the inspection and then going to home to spend 1.5 hours or more to write the report. This software let's me write the report as I am inspecting the house.

Cons

No complaints. I think the software does exactly what it is supposed to do.

Pros

The ability to edit pictures is very easy to do. I also like that you offer a lot of narratives starting out.

Cons

I really like the program for the most part but there are a few things I would like changed. I would like to have to option of sending a pdf or a link to an interactive report. I want to be able to add video to my reports as well.

Very customer oriented. Anything that comes up I just call and it's taken care of. This company is runs like all companies should. Outstanding is a under statement.

Pros

The program is very user-friendly. Was very easy to get things set up and running. I truly believe there is no better software for the money.

I have no dislikes when dealing with this software.

Ease of use is phenomenal! I was able to customize my template and deploy it without issue on my mobile device.

Cons

I wish the template was cloud based so when I made updates, my employee would also have the updated template.

More defects to choose from. I find myself typing in a lot of conditions.

I didn't like some of the descriptions, but this was easily edited.

I purchased it first 6 years ago for one price then in the middle of my report the program froze up and I was unable to do anything with it ,I then copied it and sent to \[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN\] and he couldn't do any thing with it so now I had to purchase a yearly program

Pros

It is easy to log onto the site. Would Like a little more pop. The wording had to be corrected and is still not correct.

Cons

Font could be better, maybe larger, colors, etc. Schedule page is not working, could be losing business.

Overall I can’t say anything bad about this product it is great and has been working out for me very well. Customers love how easy it is to understand and the professionalism of the reports that are generated.

Pros

This is a great software for any home inspector to use. The ease and functionality of it may complete and reports in a timely manner. Customer support is great as well if you have any questions on the product and they will help you with any questions that you might have.

Cons

The only issue I found so far with it is arranging the pictures in a different order when uploaded. Other than that I have no issues at all with the product and it’s very easy and user-friendly to use.

The web interface is very easy to use on my laptop. Easy to upload multiple photos.

Cons

Mobile app is a little clunky and I wish it would auto sync with the desktop app. Right now you have to force it to sync up within the app.
