Pros I like the different sections the you can add to or delete with a push of a button. Cons Some of the section over lap. So I usually delete a couple section. Pros I am not a tech savvy person, and getting EZ home inspection software has made it so much more simple for me to produce reports. Some things that I could not figure out how to do, I would just call or email them and my questions were answered within a day. Pros The ease of setting this software up was wonderful. Cons There were some hiccups in the field where data didn't appear to save correctly but later recertified. While I did not lose anything, it was enough to stop my heart! I thought that I had lost an entire inspection but it ended up loading properly. Pros Ability to use check box to add item to summary, easy picture updating. Click on pre-written narratives and simple to modify for situation. Cons Would like to be able to double click in a narrative line and have it open into a larger block in order to view all comments instead of having to scroll up or down to see what i have previously written.
