Ease of use, detail documentation. Support very good and helpful, even though outside US support was excellent. Support teams were great help and support. The price was excellent, not expensive and the tool does fantastic job migrating to SharePoint.. Very pleased and our full migration will be completed by EOD March 2019. Business very pleased with the results and Historical archive using the Swing PDF Converter tool.

Pros

Very easy to configure and use. Not much effort needed and migration from Notes application is done seamlessly.

Cons

Error Trouble shooting steps difficult needed help of support.

I had a customer with a specific data discovery requirement from Lotus Notes email databases. I was able to take the search results desired and very easily deliver them in PDF form due to your excellent product. Rarely have I seen a tool so easily implemented and used. It was exactly what I needed. Kudos to Swing Software.

Pros

Easy to implement, easy to use. Configuration was simple to adjust the resulting PDF to our preferences.

Cons

No complaints. This software performed exactly as I needed and expected.

Being able to save my emails and open them outside lotus software

Pros

Simplicity to use the convertor on single emails or files

Cons

nothing. I had trouble getting started with it as I could not see attachments. But reinstalled it and it worked great.
