The customer support has been absolutely amazing. Pros Links to POS, and Quickbooks, seamless list-building and it’s easily searchable. It's supposed to be the 'cadillac of inventory software'... I don't get it. It makes things a lot more complex than needed and the implementation team did a very careless job.
