Pros: I like the easy of use of this software.

I like that you can setup custom canned responses.

Cons: I wish customers would be able to add Screenshot into the chat

Overall: I have been a chat agent for 7 years and have had great sucess with this software. I use it for 8 hours a day 5 days a week. It is simple and straight forward to use.

Pros: Excellent UK support and integrated customer sentiment analysis. One of the easier web chat systems to use for agents.

Cons: Not a reflection on the software as such but live chat can be a time consuming channel at times when you are small business.

Overall: A simple, straightforward application that opened up another contact channel for my customers. Allows for better customer service quickly in a digital world. As an digital agency have recommended this company to a number of my clients.

Comments: I am writing this review because I am really surprised about the amount and the quality of the features of this software. You can contact customer service by email, telephone or live chat support. Very helpful is also the section on WhosOn´s website where they have product manuals and a help center. Well done!
