Comments: This software is one of the best ones I have used. It is easy to use and perfect for a multi-office practice! The customer support staff is very helpful and prompt to help with any issues and questions we have. I would recommend this program to any veterinary office that is just starting out or looking for a new system to use.

Comments: I was looking for more portability in a veterinary management software package and VetBlue does it all. Now I work from wherever I want and access or update my patient records. Savings in the software maintenance contract and postage will pay for this system. All my old data was brought into VetBlue and no records were lost. Clients love the ease of email bills and I was able to link them to on-line bill payment quite easily through my web site.

The best part has been customer service. When I need anything customized to fit a special situation all I do is send an email describing the problem and Hal takes care of it. Usually on the spot.

Comments: Here is our review (Davis Equine) of the VetBlue Veterinary Software. The two veterinarians in the practice have a combined 35 years of experience with veterinary software. In today's veterinary service you need quick, simple, easily accessible and great customer service when you need it. This is VetBlue in a nut shell. Before VetBlue, we used DVMax which was not user friendly and the provided expensive poor customer service. After our experience with VetBlue, there is no reason to look any farther for cutting edge software, industry leading customer service, software that is completely flexible for whatever your practice needs are and a price that is owner friendly. I would also like to advise if you can work with Mr. Hal Saad, this gentleman has been available to us 24/7 and is always professional! Thank You Hal!!!
As always, there are things you would like to see with the software:
1. The software requires constant internet access BUT we get around this with a wifi pack in our trucks.
2. Currently not linked to Zoasis (Antech) nor linked to our distributors like (Patterson) but the ease of import and export of files makes this a small task.

Thanks again to Mr. Hal Saad and the team at VetBlue. We enjoy your product and look to continued years of using your software.

Comments: Vetblue is a all-in-one practice management software system, tailored for veterinary use. It conveniently managers clients info, patient reports and history along with managing finances for the business.
Hal has setup a great web or cloud based program that is accessible anywhere the internet is available. For the most, I have needed little continued support or ongoing help, but anytime I have contacted Hal the response has been quick and thorough.
Continued software updates improving 'flow' and ease of use, gives me confidence that Hal and the Vetblue team are still dedicated in improving the software on an already solid platform.
I look forward to working with the Vetblue team in the future, and happily endorse the program to fellow vets here in Australia.

Comments: I have consulted for, and set, multiple small businesses. I have used many CRM's for many different types of industries.
VetBlue is awesome.
It does what you need, and even goes the extra step of doing exactly what you want.
The support is absolutely amazing. The team is able to answer your questions quickly and competently. This is assuming that you have any questions -- because VetBlue is so easy to use, you might not.
Overall, I couldn't see using any other piece of software for a Vet practice.

Comments: We had been looking for a new software program for our Equine Vet practice. We looked at Vetblue in 2011 but we just were not ready to make the change. in August of 2013 we decided Vetblue was the program we wanted to try and we are sorry we did not get in 2011. The customer service is the best if you have a question or problem or just need a change in the software they come through quickly and thoroughly. We highly recommend this program for anyone who is need of an easy to use software program.

Comments: I recently started an all-equine ambulatory practice in Northern California. When deciding upon a medical record storage program: ease of use, accessibility in the field, and affordability were my main concerns. My expectations were (and continue to be) exceeded by Vet Blue.

The Vet Blue software had a learning curve when I was getting started, but that step was eased by the company's quick response and willingness to trouble shoot with me. Now I can: track payments, share medical histories, monitor accounts receivable, communicate with clients, etc. from ANYWHERE! Clients have commented on the simple, easy to understand layout of invoices/medical records and I am saving significant postage costs by sending all communications electronically!

I would highly recommend the program to anyone starting a new practice or looking to update their management software to a more widely accessible and affordable service.
