Pros: It is easily integrated with the Microsoft platform, this helps significantly in its operation. Additionally, its client access for users is very stable and easy to use, because its interface is very similar with the other software of the same company. The configuration files are on intuitive sites within the team, which makes it easy to achieve this. The application is stable in the different versions of windows systems.

Cons: The modification within the system is complex, when we wanted the system to do other things, the configuration processes are very long. In the version that we have installed, we have not managed to make a distribution of the equipment so easily, we always have to make many manual adjustments. The adjustment processes of new configuration files have many steps and verification processes that make an update for example of a new tax rate adjustment very long. The processes of updates of new versions, are complex, because the changes that we have made can be lost in a new version.

Overall: We have more control of the company's financial operation. The data is centralized. Now we have better control of the records. The backups can now be done directly from the BD and hot.

Pros: Hello,
in my opinion that's it the worst investment I have do about 200 dollars in my plan but suddenly works just for me in the best way subscribed by the other persons online. Full use of all application makes incresement of sales with 100% or make them in double that no make me sensitive for the price of app platform. Monday, me also input my product to app and just watching growing graphic of sales as a drug to me.

Cons: Easy of use and nice explanation how to make the things in correct way by videos and trainings. There a lot of explanation that not allowed to you a mistake in selling.

Overall: I get amazing sales of my products and visit and a lot of interest that not present in the past time. Not I count the best results of using this application after small effort to understand the work of it.

Pros: I like the simplicity of it and the ease of navigating how to get to a transaction. The transactions are also easy to understand as you are going through so it is helpful for beginners to walk their way through it even without directions.

Cons: GP software is not being use to it full capacity, there are User who could provide vendor additional information i.e. remittance information to ACH vendors.

Overall: Preventing duplicate payments and the historical vendor history.

Dynamics Can Be an Effective system if you utilize it with a large amount of data.

Pros: It can handle quite a large some of leaves and manage much information quickly and doesn't get slowed down.

Cons: It does not integrate with products outside of the Microsoft Suite very well especially with forms on a website if you create a form you have to put it in an iframe within the website and it will slow down the page speed dramatically.

Overall: This software integrates well with payment processing systems such as the Dynamics Suite Integrations that are available for larger businesses.

Perfect experience!! What a wonderful brand, very trustworthy and easy to use.

Pros: I like how you are able to generate specific reports using various categories to sort through large quantities of data and export it into an excel spreadsheet. It makes my job easier since in my company there is very high turnover.

Cons: The interface itself seems very old and doesn't look nice, as well as the screen print outs for the transactions. It is frustrating that there is no way to import or export to Excel unless you have an add-on - it is very incompatible with all of our other functions. Additionally, many of the transactions take too long to post - for example approval of time cards.

Overall: They were trying to use the system for their accounting processes. However, they kept a number of things separate, purchase orders for one, receiving of purchase orders related to inventory and the actual inventory were maintained on in house created mainframe software.

Its a great program, it really is "Dynamic"

Pros: The program works well with other apps such as the Microsoft power apps. Great for a mid size business.

Cons: We used this in a small to mid-size firm. Hopefully an update will be made that can better accommodate larger businesses.

Pros: I love how I'm able to organize and keep track of all my customers. Easy to organized data with the customize dashboard, form, graphs . I also love the intergration of outlook and share point.

Cons: Very picky in filing out the forms and updates. Customizing forms can be a little time consuming. No other complaints really.

Pros: I have fallen in love with this program and Power BI by Microsoft. I ease and learning curve allows for CRM to be on another level. The amount of detail you are able to pull from your client database is amazing. Lots of data points and information in connection to how user interface makes this a winner.

Cons: I would like to be able to use the program with Power BI. This works great for CRM purposes and the collection of data can be quite useful. Wish there was a bridge between the two.

Pros: It has a pretty simple, user-friendly interface that beginners should be able to use very easily and lots of options to choose from.

Cons: It takes awhile to load and needs a lot of updates. There is no way to perform any sort of audit so that is also downfall.

Pros: I do not think of Microsoft dynamics as a CRM tool leaders, however it is still a winner.
Dynamics offers all types of useful resources for businesses of all size. It is easy to use and comes with a simple interface,and provides breath-taking analytics (major strong point).

Cons: Third party integration seems to be limited. Financial cost is also on the high price .Takes time to find your way around when using the program for the first time.

Overall: Microsoft dynamics has given me access to valuable business intelligence to aid my companies growth.Glad to'd come across this at the time I did.

This is a great product with an even greater user interface. It is easy to use and intuitive too

Pros: The software is very easy to learn, so I could get started right away. Customer support was great at assisting me with my problems and showing me things I would not have learned myself.

Cons: I had a hard time finding specific functions I used a lot with my old system. It took some adjusting to but most of the same features are there.

It is a good CRM system for multi purpose.

Pros: It can manage client relationships from one place, holding all of their data making it easily accessible across the company.
The system is also very easy to customize without needing any programming knowledge.

Cons: It can be slow many times.
It has limited customisation.
Poor customer support from company.
It's not easy to start using this product out-of-the-box. You will need to have a good admin team or leverage a partner to help you get started. customer support from company.

Pros: The software is relatively friendly for accountants. It allows you to drill down in the details of transactions

Cons: -freezes quite a lot
-tax limitations on the Accounts Payable module
-Desktop version slow
-does not have as much flexibility as our old system

Pros: I LOVE how Dynamics works so perfectly with other Microsoft software, so that when our accountant is working her numbers, she can easily send the data over and record it in presentations, etc.

Cons: The user interface is not up to par with the rest of Microsoft's software. I definitely think they can fix this in an update fairly easily, so it is not too big of an issue.

Pros: It has so much potential if only it will be studied further. It is more for the use of an adult than 9 y/o.

Cons: Not very kids friendly. There's still a lot of room for improvement. It can still be developed to a better one only if further studies will be done.

Pros: Well it allows our company to share leads and opps, and communications. Less time is wasted using this CRM. The Outlook integration was super easy to do and a great add on.

Cons: A few bugs in the Outlook integration which can slow thing down. make sure you have someone who is a little tech savy. not the easiest to start up if you dont have one.

Overall: save lots of time inside the office

Pros: Online access to cloud based applications is a plus. Integration with other microsoft products is easy to manage.

Cons: Dyancmis 365 CRM in particular doesn't have user access or auditing capabilities. Cant even export audit logs to review.

Overall: It's a nice piece of software for keeping track of accounts and contacts. Gives our sales team a centralized area to find information. Customer service team also uses it to manage and track cases which helps us stay on top of issues.

Pros: Working with a company that's in the major leagues for support, data backup & recovery. We can get the kind of data security and access we need, and integration into Smartphone, without having to turn to touchy third party apps.

Cons: SQL strain over internet condition causes note fields to not propagate fully or stall midstream. Support can be difficult to reach by phone when a particular user problem arises.

Pros: Good for contact and account management and social customer service. Also, good for sales forecasting. It also has a more flexible implementation than Salesforce since it's a fully cloud-based CRM.

Cons: Salesforce has upper hand in app exchange with more than 2600 apps, where as Microsoft Dynamics pales in comparison.

I have tried using Dynamics, in comparison to other CRM, it seems very confusing to me.

Pros: Full of customization, anything is possible to customize as per one's requirement. To customize Dynamics, you have to study a lot the instances given by Microsoft. CRM should be something which can be updated with some simple clicks. It's not something one will become fond of.

Cons: Not user friendly, confusing, customization is not easy to understand. Not for those who are not technically capable.

Dynamics is an excellent CRM, but requires deep pockets and a lot of time and energy.

Pros: I has excellent features and functionality. Reports are excellent. I like the built in logic and roles.

Cons: Implementation is not easy, not very good on mobile. Expensive. Having to deal with a reseller to install and update is a cumbersome process.

Pros: Very customizable product, actually it's a development platform on which you can develop your own solutions. Many available 3rd party plugins.

Cons: Its UI is rather complicated, you have to try to find the information you need. After a while you get used, but in the beginning it's frustrating. Not very fast, pages are slow in loading.

Pros: It is easy to use and because it is made by Microsoft, there is a level of credibility and assurance. A platform that has all the basic needs.

Cons: Competitors are more expensive but they do have more features for things such as marketing and giving leads quality scores. The dashboards and analysis for pipeline nurturing can be stronger with their competitors.

Overall: Being able to nurture are leads, manage pipeline, and have a database for our sales staff.

Pros: Similar to other Windows based products, so familiar feel and look when you first use it. Allows me to use necessary account codes for Ministry of Health reporting compliance.

Cons: Difficult to maneuver reports. "canned" reports in the GP itself are not user friendly, and using FRx to build custom ones is difficult and cumbersome.

Overall: Beneficial for those orgs that require complex account codes to report back to funders and government agencies. Customizable, but needed an expert to help with initial set up.

I use Microsoft Dynamics in my daily role. It is very easy to navigate through making my job easier.

Cons: I don't like that it doesn't work well with the expense reporting system we use. It's difficult to reconcile our expense reports because of the inability to upload all of the necessary information.

Pros: The automation of task steps makes project progress a breeze. We are able to coordinate between staff member to quickly respond to existing and potential customers.

Cons: Other than the learning curve and extensive configurability, which we can complain about since the benefits outweigh the initial effort to set up.

Pros: I like that it helps with all HR needs- hiring, scheduling, payroll, performance evaluations. It is also pretty customizable, which is nice when you decide to revamp the processes already in place. It also was helpful in establishing direct deposit with ease.

Cons: I get really frustrated with being on hold with customer service or having trouble locating the correct department when trying to troubleshoot a solution. Once I was finally able to speak with a person, they were very helpful, it was just a matter of getting there.

Comments: overall BroadSoft is better

Pros: Clear voice, omni channel, the analytics are ok but not always on point -- we are finding that we have to double check things manually.

Cons: UX, folks have trouble figuring out how to use the technology. This is stuff you need to navigate quickly.

Pros: Very powerful tool the ergonomics of which was completely melted again with the other Microsoft software.

Pros: That it allows for flexibility and to be completely customized . Virtually impossible to do many of the features with other programs.

Pros: Integrates really well in the Microsoft software suite. Another thing I liked about Microsoft Dynamics is that there's lots of training and online documentation available.

Cons: The licensing model is divided in several levels and is based on functionality. I often found this hard to integrate in an efficient way. Security roles/tasks/privileges are hard to manage and there's not much default reporting available on this aspect of the application (for accounting purposes for example).

Pros: Like any CRM software, Microsoft Dynamics 365 allows your company to share communications, leads and opportunities to make the best use of your team's time and effort. I particularly appreciate the integration with MS Outlook, although the plug-in is still a little rough and significantly slows down performance.

Cons: Although the ability to integrate ERP software with this CRM is useful, there seems to be some holes in the function. We've experienced many instances where customers are not properly assigned to the correct salesperson, which can lead other sales people to duplicate efforts.

Pros: at first when I started using this product in 2013 it felt as the system needed an update just because it was kind of confusing on how to get started. Pros: The abilty to thoroughly customise and alter the layout and setup to suit your business needs in incredibly indepth. The way it can also link into other systems & programs is also a brilliant benefit of using this piece of software. My company uses this as the primary system for managing all store & website transactions.

Cons: In the version i work on, jobs can only run one at a time (for the particular kind my company uses), this does mean that an awful lot of jobs can only be run overnight and some cannot be run every minute otherwise it would cause issues. The ability to run multiple jobs simultaniously without any record locking would be excellent.

This program is very useful and saves me a ton of time !

Pros: The simplicity of the tool. It was easy to get used to. Adding bulk SKUs is also easy, and the newest update allows for suggested parts to be added. It is an up to date tool, that is constantly working on improvements.

Cons: When creating a quote, there are a lot of steps that you have to take. Sometimes it takes awhile to get to where you want to be in order to send the quote, especially if you are on the phone with a customer looking to talk about the quote or a customer who has a specific question about the quote. I often find myself saying, "can you hold on while the quote loads", or "one second I have to get to the right screen and open the quote".

Pros: I like the insight tab that gets me accurate emails and phone numbers. I also like the lists function and can set up my accounts for different views.

Cons: IT is a bit slow to load screens. I am using Dynamics 365. Also, a lot of times the contacts in the insight tab are not up-to-date or accurate because the person has moved to a different role or company.

Pros: There are many features present in the software like it can be integrated with onenote, onedrive , sharepoint, Nav, Dynamic AX, etcetra.
It is extremely customisable and can be modified according to a user's requirement.
Even Azure is providing connectors to CRM, so that data can be exported automatically from CRM to Excel and Onedrive. Apart from this it is really easy to learn the functionalities of Dynamics software.

Cons: It is a little costly in comparison and user interface is not so good and can be improved and sometimes minor glitches are encountered which ruins the user experience.

Overall: It helped me to maintain customer's relationship with company and helped in marketing our company's products and providing customers help desk soltuion.
It also helped me to track the sales of the product for which I'm working.

Dynamics for Sales can be customized to do pretty much anything to fit your companies needs.

Pros: Integration with Microsoft suite of products. Superior level of customization and integration into 3rd party software and apps. The large number of line of business modules is allowing it to be utilized by far more departments. The LinkedIn integration has made gathering Sales Analytics simpler and faster : now I can find referrals and introductions for new business. The Outlook integration is also simple and easy to use and allows for all communication tracking within the Sales module with a click of a button.

Cons: The UI could definitely needs some improvement. HubSpot is a good example of great UI/UX integration. The price is a little high when compared to smaller CRM solutions. It's not easy to start using this product out-of-the-box.

Overall: I can see all previous contact, both by myself or others. It's one place for all documents, able to keep track of completed tasks, history of the customer, etc.

The product is a customer relationship management solutions software.

Pros: I always love Microsoft products. They have great customer service and really help my business. This far I've no real issues with the software. Very easy to use and good interface.

Cons: Sometimes it's buggy. If there's other logged in it lags a bit. You might have to reset your password sometimes.

Pros: I am a huge fan of the activity feed, which you can selectively push certain actions or data to. We like to ability to push all the email responses, opens, clicks, to this area.

Cons: This is a huge issue if Dynamics 365 only offers a limited amount of cloud storage per CRM.

The Outlook connector is difficult to use, we have downloaded with mixed success, sometimes slowing outlook down to unusable speeds and others being unreliable to use.

Looked into Dynamics vs. Salesforce and based on value Dynamics won by a landslide.

Pros: The licensing structure and the ability to have a local hosting option.
This software also has an easy interface to import fields from enterprise systems.

Cons: Intergration to other tools is not as good as it's competitor. When it comes to 3rd party analytics, it's harder to find software that works well with Dynamics.

Overall: Better sales lead tracking and sales activity tracking.

which overall helps me and helps me stay organized also

Cons: I've read there could be some people concerned about security with this product. Although I have not yet experienced this it is something I do not like

Overall: One big benefit I am hoping for is avoiding the large up front licensing costs that are sometimes associated with a CMR. I like that you are able to try before you buy. Helps you not waste your money

Pros: user friendly and pretty easy to learn after a pick of playing around with the different tools and tips.

CRM did not work for us at all. Complicated. Expensive!

Pros: No pros for our business. I would not recommend this software to anyone, unless they are using it for basic sales tracking.

Cons: This did not work for our business at all. We were convinced a customized software would fit our business needs, but it never worked for us! It is complicated, tons of glitches, hard to use - even just trying to setup basic user accounts is a challenge. We integrated CRM with GP (Accounting), which was a terrible experience for us that we are still recovering from. We never knew if the data was making it to/from - very unreliable. I would not recommend this software to anyone, unless they are using it for basic sales tracking. It cost our company a lot of money in the long run...

Pros: What I like most is the fact that you can do anything on here and be able to print without a problem.

Cons: what I like least is that sometimes it can be a bit slow but other than that I cant complain. I like it.

Pros: The ease of use. It would be easy for anyone of any technological background to incorporate into their everyday software use.

Cons: The cost of the product is up there. Overall worth the price of what Microsoft charges. I would still recommend to others.

Pros: I like how it integrated with Microsoft Office. There was a sense that they were made to work together. There is a ton of functionality for every possible situation.

Cons: It just seemed so overly thought out. It felt like this was created by engineers who have never known what it is like for a salesperson or sales manager.

Pros: Emails sent are tracked and provide you with the entire transaction information. It will help you schedule the best delivery. Give you a sent read and received option. LOVE THE TIME ZONE FEATURE.

Love being able to see overdue situations. Thats the best part. Helps in my sales. Great organization.

Cons: Its a bit pricey, somewhat complex if you know nothing about the internet. But if you feel you are savy and have used similar products, this skips right to the point and lets you do exactly what you need to do to get it done.

The online resource center is fabulous!

Pros: Usually, with new products, I have lots of questions and with the amazing online resource center -- I found answers to all my questions very easily! I especially love the training videos!

Pros: The information can be presented (to Managing board) in a nice and compact way. KPIs concerning Special fields of operations activities are shown very informative and make it possible to have quick conclusions.

Cons: A short Training session is necessary to learn how to provide data to the System. But even so it is then not quite clear how Special / own data structure has to be reprocessed to be suitable for having those good analytic overviews mentioned above.
It is the same like for example with SAP Analytics, so it should not be a Problem of "Dynamics".
But the Customer Service in solving These Problems was better at Microsoft in my case.

I am using this software occasionally for training purposes and for getting my skills better!

Pros: Its really easy to work and getting new updates and navigation throughout. Its a very professional platform and I highly recommend it.

Cons: The colors and art design of the software. I didn't really like the frames and page colors. I think the team could improve the overall graphic design in a more modern way.

Overall: I expand my skills and I am always getting updates!
