"Looking Beyond Platinum"

**Overall:** Overall, there are a few other Chiropractic Systems that seem much more efficient. Platinum has been saying for years that they are going to update their system and it hasn't happened.

**Pros:** Once you get the hang of the 'hot keys' it becomes easier to navigate. It is overall efficient with how a patient "flows" and is scheduled through the system. I like that it integrates with SKED and FORTIS systems. It works well with our billing system that we are integrated with, Office Ally.

**Cons:** It is very outdated. It's not super efficient in the sense of being able to find certain functions (you have to know what the "hot keys" are). It is very difficult to find/pull any reports. Some reports pull up different numbers. Also, it's almost impossible to figure out how to change any settings without contacting a support person and having them enter a code to get you where you need to go.
