Pros

We love features like the calling module, Platinum billing, the scanning/swiping to check people in and the awesome customization for macros.

Cons

We don't like the way it looks. It is very old school. We also don't like the fees that we have to pay for our credit card processing but the comes with the business I guess.

Daily notes, billing, calling to table and stop manager. The entire package just works

Pros

The flexibility and ease of usage. Anytime we want to do something new we end up finding out Platinum system already has that ability. From managing notes to intergrading x rays or posture analysis from other software into Platinum to managing front desk tasks and even mailing list and texting patients. Its all in there. But more than anything the costumer service/tech support is OUTSTANDING, they answer the phone! And if not you get a call back almost right away. A software company with enough tech support, now that's great!

Pros

Great for big volume of patients. Easy to use. For task and for stop management is very efficient.

Cons

Do not have inventory. Some things will not let me print and other print a whole thing that is not needed. Do not have the amount of money of each referral or how much it has generated as a group.

Pros

Ease of use, especially with billing and charting compatibility. edit capability makes it easy to update notes and modify any changes

Cons

Please upgrade to allow tablet use. There are many competitors that made ease of use with tablet's much more accessible.

Platinum system has been great for our business. Super easy to use and to teach others how to use.

Pros

It is user friendly with awesome short cuts. It also easily implements well with all of our other technology, billing, and transaction.

Cons

It seems like sometimes there are some hidden errors that pop, like the system will do something weird that we know we did not put in.

Reason for choosing Platinum system

Worked with it the longest and just suited our office better.

Highly recommend.

Pros

Platinum has provided my practice with a higher level of efficiency, more accurate documentation ability and outstanding customer service that has allowed me to be more profitable and create the ability to serve more patients easily. I highly recommend this system.

Cons

If I’m going to nitpick- the interface could use some updating but that’s really it.

Pros

It’s so easy to use. Their customer service is exceptional.

Cons

I feel like there are several additional fees for utilizing all of the features of the system and I hate feeling nickel and dimed.

Pros

I like that it is fairly easy to learn and makes daily note-taking simple and streamline. I also appreciate the quick customer service and their willingness to help resolve any issues.

Cons

I feel like I'm only scratching the surface of knowing all the functions! I think the interface could be updated and more modern-looking.

Easy to run a high volume office with this software.

Pros

It's very stable and reliable. The front end of making soap notes and checking in patients is very user friendly.

Cons

It cost a lot to get started but I think the price has changed. Having to bounce back and forth between screens.

Pros

The integration capabilities with Tytron is the reason I went with this software. The ability to edit soap notes through customization of macros is one of my favorite things with the software.

Cons

There are limitations to navigation within the software and no real instruction or direction with the possibilities of shortcut usage.

If more indepth training on short cuts or Platinum usage is required feel free to watch our training videos online or giving the solution center a call :)

The software compacts everything you need down to a very simple user interface. Everything is accessible with one click which is wonderful.

Cons

The EHR side is a little difficult to get used to. User friendliness is above average but not excellent.

Simplicity of tracking, staff picks it up easy.

Pros

Our office enjoys the simplicity of the system, lots of query options for tracking statistics. The customer service is definitely the best! We call VERY often for questions and they either answer right away or call back the same day or answer on the Facebook page.

Cons

Visually the system looks outdated, but it's functional. Still in the process of figuring out all the query options and that might take a while, but if we don't know the answers or can't find something they are great.

Pros

I love the ease of use and the incredible technical support. Also i am able to customize it to fit my practice.

Cons

The text message reminder feature is outdated. So outdated and obsolete that you have to purchase additional services from a third party company like SKED to get the job done right.

Pros

There is good ease of use. We love the training videos that Mark created. Most importantly it is reliable and if there is a problem support is quick and efficient.

Cons

my disappointments are because of options that are not available yet. We were told online scheduling would be available through the Platinum and that has not been introduced.

I am familiar with it, therefor it is much easier than learning something new. I also like the amount of data it is capable of processing.

Pros

Customer service is very helpful. I love the follow up calls to make sure the situation was fixed. I am also pleased with the ability to import macros from fellow colleagues.

Cons

Overall at first the software was difficult to navigate and I still don't believe I know everything that is possible. Also the cost seems a bit high, but then again I am not sure what other softwares are priced at.

Pros

Most everything is user friendly. Love that the visits automatically go to the ledger upon completion of notes.

Cons

Only cons are no direct compatibility with my xray images (need to use snipping tool) and the text messaging would be better with an automated option.

There are so many features- Platinum can be your best office assistant! Customer service is excellent!

Cons

It takes some time and training to take advantage of all it has to offer. I feel as though we aren't using half of the features we could be training and learning the system can take up time.

Pros

I liked that a macros program could be installed and easily used with Platinum. Their tech support was also absolutely amazing; very easy to get a hold of a real person.

Cons

I found the interface to look very outdated. I found it complicated to learn all of the functions of the system. It was expensive, and I ultimately decided not to purchase it after a one year trial.

Pros

The ability to run statistics is really benificial because it lets us know the effectivness of differnt events and office procedures. We also really like the text message system, it drastic increases our show up rate!

Cons

The key strokes to achieve your goal don't make a lot of scene and are hard to teach to new staff.
