Broad integration means startups should have no trouble wrangling a system together with other software. Every time I have asked a question I get prompt answers that are not just generic cut and paste. The customer service people I have dealt with are all super knowledgeable and go deep on their explanations. Total Legends! I have personally dealt with \[SENSITIVE CONTENT\]. several times and she is super prompt in her replies and gives very specific information which directly answers my questions. Thanks! Cons I can't see a preview of all my campaign sequence emails in one screen. January 28, 2019 5.0 I'm a little burnt out on the term funneling but I guess I could live with that. 8-) Pros We like this Email Marketing Product so much we're thinking of also becoming an Affiliate. The Templates are great and cover any type of project you might have in mind. The layout is a breeze and it's pretty much just drag and drop! There is the ability to create emails from blog posts which I highly recommend you take the time to learn how to do! Database and Automation a Breeze! Tagging allows for automated campaigns.. Just go do a Free Trial and You'll be Hooked! Cons There really aren't any Cons that I could find which is Great. Pros Great functional email automation software. Easy to set up campaigns and automate. Also a great service rate per month. Cons Sometimes linking other software to this program was complicated such as Clickfunnels. Thankfully an AWeber team member made integration smoother. Switched from [Mailchimp](https://www.capterra.com/p/110228/MailChimp/) Mailchimp made it difficult for me to merge current email contacts that I had and jumbled the contacts information all up. Merging contacts was a lengthy process with Mailchimp as opposed to AWeber's faster service. Review Source PF Patricia F. Cons I think that Aweber should increase the number of email contacts on their free version to get more people using the product. I liked that with Mailchimp - first 2000 users for free. Pros Easy to import customers, create and segment lists. Free if you have less than 500 contacts so great for new companies that are just starting to generate income.
